Strange Feelings

Chapter Eight

~Jaime P.O.V~

I watch as bart sat down and look at the fireflies fly by. I stood next to him and watch them too. It was a nice view to be honest and I smiled.

"It so beautiful. I always wonder what it felt like to see fireflies. " Bart said looking at one land on his knee.

"Sí , son hermosos. " I smiled and look at bart who smiled and stood up smiling.

"You mean it's CRASH!! " bart smiled brightly sticking his hands out.

I smiled at bart with my hands on my waist. I watch the fireflies go on bart who smiled and tried catching one but miss. I chuckle and caught one easily. Thanks to Milagro who always forces me to catch with her. I smiled and watch bart fly to the ground when he tried jumping on one.

"Hermano you need to wait and see where the firefly will aterriza en algo. " I said watching one land on a glowing flower.

I nudge bart who look at me and saw the bug. I smiled and watch bart catch it carefully. Bart smiled and jump up smiling brightly.

"icaughtoneyesyesyesyesisooohavetoshowmygrandpaohwaiticouldcatchmore! Oh and thanks jaime!! " bart said quickly and hug me making me blush but I hug back not letting this chance go.

We stayed like that for a minute with bart face on my shoulder and me holding him tight but we had to let go soon. Bart pulled back blushing and look at me smiling.

"Uh sorry. " bart said letting the firefly go while rubbing his arm.

"Está bien. " I smiled and start heading back to our home.

Bart smiled and dash next to me smiling and watching everyone play with the fireflies. I then notice barry with the elder who was carrying a glowing stick. Me and bart went over there and smiled at the elder who smiled back.

"So that what the aliens said well don't you fear flash. We have warriors strong enough to protect us and you to protect them. " the elder smiled and gave a little girl a glowing flower.

"Yes elder but I must warn you. They well attack soon. I just don't know when. " barry said looking at the elder who smiled and nodded her head.

"Very well we will be on high alert. Don't you fear flash we know what were doing. " the elder said and walk away with her children following.

Bart look at his grandpa who sigh and shook his head.

"So now what. The aliens could attack the village anytime and we have to find the machine too. " I ask looking at barry.

"Well I'm going to call batman and ask him to bring two more recruits. " flash said looking at me and jaime. "For now I want impulse to stay here while I take blue beetle okay. "

I look at barry unsure and before I could ask bart beat me to it.

"But gran- I mean flash. Why can't I go with you. " bart said looking at him.

"Bart i need a speedster here to protect the village and if something bad happens you can speed right to me. " barry smiled and put his hand on bart shoulder.

Bart sigh and nodded his head. Barry smiled and rubbed his head. Barry started walking back inside with me and bart following behind. I smiled at bart and pulled him a hug.

"Its okay bart. You get to stay close to the baby remember. " I smiled and bart smiled.

"Y-ya true. " bart smiled and watch his barry make the call.

"Batman. Ya its me. I need you to bring in two more recruits. Ya things got serious. " barry said to batman.

We watch as barry said okay and that he see them tomorrow. He sigh and look at us.

"Batman gave us robin and superboy. Well get them tomorrow. Gets some sleep "Barry smiled and we nodded our head.

~Third View~

Jaime and bart were outside waiting for robin and superboy. Barry was next to bart with his arms cross looking at the path we were teleported too. Bart saw some movement and smiled when he saw it was robin and superboy. They went straight to flash and robin nodded his head at barry who nodded back.

"Okay you two batman told you everything did he. " barry said while walking down the village.

"Yes flash. Batman told us that there was a alien technology here sending soundwaves but it wasn't strong enough and that we have to find it. Also he said that the aliens were planning to attack to village too. " robin said looking at barry who smiled and nodded his head.

"Good well were going to have to show you to the elder first so we won't alarm her. " barry said knocking on the elder cottages.

"Oh flash what can I do for you. " the elder said smiling.

"Elder we came to inform you that we have brought two more hero's. This is robin and superboy. " barry said pointing at each one of them.

The elder smiled and nodded her head.

"Well it's honor to meet you too. " the elder smiled and look at barry.

"Well we came to only notify you that impulse and robin will stay here and watch the village while I take blue beetle and superboy with me. " barry said looking at the elder she nodded and watch barry leave.

Conner look at tim and smiled at him softly. Tim smiled back and watch Conner leave. Jaime put a hand on bart shoulder and look at bart.

"Please be careful her-man-oo. And please watch the flash. " bart said smiling at jaime.

"Always caŕino. " jaime rubbed bart hair and follow conner.

Robbin looked at bart with a raise eyebrow and smirk at bart.

"Are you and blue a thing bart. " Tim said smirking at bart.

Bart blush and push tim lightly.

"Oh shut up were not a thing. But I saw how superboy was looking at you hmmm " bart raise both his eyebrows nudging tim.

Tim blush and push bart away.

"Oh shut up and let's get to work. " tim said walking ahead of bart and bart following behind laughing.
