"Kind of yes, But!" Amelia left us hanging.
"But? But what?" Zayn asked rather abruptly.
"It could be something else I know of." She continued.
"YES!" Zayn asked sarcastically.
* 5 minutes later *
"What personality?" Louis screeched out.
"Dissociative personality disorder." Amelia repeated.
"So basically, Multiple Personalities." Harry making it simple for us to understand.
"Yes!" Amelia confirmed.
"And how is that treated? What makes you think that's what the problem is." I questioned a bit confused.
Dissociative disorder is characterised by alterations in perception; a sense of detachment from one's own self (depersonalisation), from the world or from memories. Dissociative amnesia occurs when the individual is unable to remember important personal information. In extreme cases, new identities (alters) are formed. Dissociative Identity Disorder.
"I noticed Gracie scream something, during the rage." She informed us.
"What did you hear?" I now asked.
"Who the f is Gracie?" She said with a strong look of concern.
"Not knowing who she is and the change in character is what makes me think this Liam." She paused looking sympathetically towards me.
"I know it's hard to think she may be suffering with something like this, but look at what's she come from Liam, she is bound to suffer in some kind of way." She sighed standing from her seat and sitting beside me.
"Wh- ....... Can we help Gracie?" I inquired.
"With professional help its possible!" Amelia offered.
Harry's POV:
We spent the night googling everything Amelia had said, it was scary just how much both diagnoses fitted Gracie. We knew we needed to get Gracie help there and then, we couldn't tip toe around it. We started googling London's top psychologist, only the best would work for our little flower, and God knew she deserved the best.
Liam's POV:
"Where we going Dad?" Gracie asked innocently.
"To see someone who can maybe help you Gracie."
