Sunrise

Vegeta pov
I miss watching the sunrise. It's nice being able to feel the cold air disperse when it comes up but it's not the same. That's for certain.
I hear Kakarots sleepy footsteps shuffle behind me and soon his arms are wrapped warmly around me in a tight embrace and he hums softly. He is starting to fall asleep against me and I make a noise to reawaken him.
He jolts back upright and I assume he is looking at the sunrise while I feel it.
"You miss it don't you?" His voice is hoarse but I can sense the care inside it.
"Yes. Very much."
"Bulma called."
"Now why did you have to go and ruin my morning by mentioning the witch?"
"Oh hush cranky pants. She got the last ball. But it's all the way across the world so she won't be home until late tomorrow. Okay?"
I nod calmly but I can't help the rapid beating in my chest.
I will be able to see again....
"Kakarot....I have grown so accustomed to using my other senses. Is it possible I might go into some sort of shock from the sudden addition of a sense?"
He shakes his head against my back and I sigh.
"Very well then. It's just strange that I will be able to...see again."
Kakarot groans against my back obnoxiously and I sigh.
"You are very annoying sometimes you know." He growls at my remark and suweezes my waist tighter pressing my ass to his crotch and I shift slightly.
"But you love me." He mumbles.
"That's what you think."
"Ow that hurt baby. "
"Well I- I was just-"
"That was very rude you know. Jokes like that aren't tolerated." He whispered against my ear giving the lobe a slight nibble.
"No do I have to punish you?" He teases. I bite my lip and do my best to hold back.
"Kakarot I can't. After last night my ass is just too.."
"good." He laughs, and then grows serious giving my neck a kiss.
"You deserved it."
I shiver and turn to face him, kissing his soft warm lips as I feel the heat of the sun on my right, telling me that it has risen and it's early morning.
I like feeling the sunrise. I miss seeing it.
