I wake up and try not to think about what I have done.
I change into a nice black sweater and jeans.
I put on boots.
I take a deep breath.
I watch myself in the mirror. I stare into my eyes, unblinking. My hair begins to change... To black. Long and black. My eyes go from pretty... To black. My clothes change to a black dress. My boots go black. I stare at my new reflection. I look down at my clothes. They are what the reflection shows. What just HAPPENED?! Suddenly, the image changes. Like seeing the future, images begin to flash by. Slowly at first, then faster. A fire, burning, ashes, blood, ink, faster. Death, mass, red, sword, strength, faster. My eyes tick back and forth until I can't take it. I slam my hand out and send a shock of red tearing through my room. Good thing Sophie isn't in here.
I look back at the mirror. A Soul has appeared. "Raziyah... Raziyah... Come with us... Raziyah... Come... Gain power... Raziyah... You are mighty... Come... Raziyah..." it chanted. I back up. "Come... Fear not... Be feared... Come... Raziyah... Raziyah... Come to us... Power... Raziyah..." I feel the urge to touch my hand to the glass. I shake my head violently. "Raziyah............." The Soul's image fades. I run from the room, flying past Garroth. "SARAH!" he calls after me. I run from the building.
I run out to the courtyard, past villagers and into the forest. I let out a scream of anger. I don't stop running until I see a glow in front of me. It is a faint red. I slow to a walk and follow the light. I eventually find a portal. A Nether portal. I take a breath and am about to step into it. "SARAH, NO!" Garroth yells. I turn to see him running up. "Sorry," I say sadly. I step in.
On the other side, I see Garroth materializing in the portal's red ocean. "Sorry," I whisper, holding my hand out. The portal shatters. I hear a faint yell before the Overworld is gone, and the Nether lies before me. Like a beacon, I hear a Soul. "Raziyah..." I follow the voice.
