Chapter Nine

~A/N: I am sooooooooooo sorry I haven't updated. Undertale got the best of me, I started writing stories about taut just for fun, and then I had a huge feels trip when I started looking up Genocide vids. Most importantly, Blue Lips. Literally threw my phone at the wall. But Izzy didn't cry at all, the monster. Anyways, here's the chapter. I'm sorry IllusionOrReality if I don't get your person right. DX~

Your P.O.V.

The next day of school, you sat down at your desk, and Sam came up to you.

"Have you seen Taurtis?" he asked.

"Uh, no..." you said, unsure if why he was asking you.

"What about Yuki? Seen her?"

"No. Why are you even asking?"

"Because I can't find them! Either of them!"

"Stop worrying. I'm sure they'll be back from wherever they are later."

"Okay..."

Okami started the class with an announcement. There was a new student. You rolled your eyes. How many new students could this school get in a week?

The girl came through the doorway. She had long, wavy red hair that trailed down her shoulders. She stepped to the front of the class. Her face was as pretty as her hair.

"Hi," she said. "I'm Holly Heart. I like the colors black and blue and All Time Low."

"Thank you Holly," Mrs. Okami said. "You can have a seat."

She decided to sit right in front of you. But you didn't blame her, it was one of the only open seats.

As Okami started class, you looked around at Taurtis' empty seat. Then at Yuki's. Where were they?

"Hey! (Y/N)! The bell rang!"

You hadn't even noticed Grian snapping his fingers in front of your face. You pushed his hand away and stood up.

You two walked out the classroom, heading towards the stairs. You stopped when you got there.

"Aren't you coming?" Grian asked.

"I need to check something," you said, looking at the stairs that went up. "Do you wanna come or nah?"

"Uh, okay. I don't know what you're planning (Y/N), but-"

"Just come on."

You ran up the stairs, not waiting for Grian to answer. Soon you heard his footsteps behind you. You two ran to the top of the building.

The door was locked.

You and Grian bashed against it, forcing it open. You were greeted with a surprise.

"Yuki?" Grian asked.

The pink haired girl was standing at the edge of the roof. She turned around. She had a shocked expression on her face and a piece of paper in her hand.

"What is it, Yuki?" you asked, semi-worried.

She didn't speak. She just gestured for you to come over. You and Grian cautiously approached her. She yelled out the paper for you. You took it and read it aloud.

"'I have him,'" you said. "'I have Taurtis. If you want him, meet me here at midnight tonight. Come unarmed. Bring Grian. ;)

-H.H.'"

"H.H.?" Grian said. "Who's that?"

The realization hit you. "Holly..."

"Who?"

"Holly Heart. The new student."

Grian's jaw dropped open and his mouth formed a perfect oval.

"What? How? Why?" he said.

"She loves him," Yuki said.

You and Grian both turned to her. "What?"

"She loves him. I know her. She's always loved him."

"But she just got here," you said.

Yuki shook her head. "She's known him as longer than Taurtis has known Sam."

"Wow," Grian said. "That's a long time."

"She's been watching him. She's been studying him. Now she has him. Don't even bother going to her tonight. Tell Okami and Rowan."

"Then what're we waiting for?" you said. "Let's go!"

You grabbed Grian's arm and rushed back into the building and down the stairs. You ran over to Okami and Rowan, who were talking.

"Okami! Rowan!" you said in a whisper-yell. "Holly kidnapped Taurtis! And we have proof!"

You handed them the note. As they read it, you could see a flicker of disappointment in Okami's eyes, and a flicker of anger in Rowan's. (A/N: R.I.P. Rowan ): )

"So," Grian said, "what're you gonna do?"

Okami looked at her husband, and then back at you and Grian.

"We'll bring her to Rowan's office," she said. "Question her. Do you have any witnesses?"

"You have me," Yuki said. She stepped in front of you. "I know her. I know she loves Taurtis. Holly's gone Yandere now. I'm disappointed."

You raised an eyebrow. She didn't say anything about Yandere earlier...

"Go get her," Rowan said. "Meet us at my office."

Yuki nodded. She walked into the lunch room, over to where Holly was sitting. You watched her curiously.

"Hey Yuki," Holly said. "Where've you been?"

"Hey Candy," Yuki said. "I bet you can guess what I've been doing. Listen, Rowan and Okami need you in his office."

"Ookay. Did you rat me out on something I didn't do? I only just got here."

Yuki forced a smile. "Come on."

Holly got up and walked out of the lunch room. Yuki fooled behind her. When you saw her face, you could see her eyes were dark and she was scowling at Holly. Then she looked at you, and you saw the eyes that you had been afraid of all these years.

They were dark red and violet.

And they were hers.
