Forty One: Adele Eye opener

              I awoke on the waiting rooms sofa bed, glaring over to see zale.

She  was standing at the window on the phone and I tried to make out what she was saying.

"Of course ...... It's far from over....... It's just the beginning of a war! ....... You've just earned yourself a bonus my dear...." Zale chuckled turning in my direction with a wicked smile.....  " but we'll chat more later "Kim" for now I'm going to rejoice with my unborn nephew."

  Zale ended the call walking over to me, touching my belly threw the Jean button down I was wearing.

"Good morning doll face." She greeted.

"Good morning, who was that?" I asked sitting up.

"Oh that was someone on my payroll ...one of my best friends daughter, an lapd detective who happens to be working claudias daughter case, but never mind that you must be hungry?"

"Oh no I'm fine, where's Cheeno he's okay?" I asked suddenly remembering why I was in this doctors office.

"He's fine, he should be sleeping off the mess in the back."

  I nodded at standing up to go find Cheeno, I had worried myself to sleep the last couple days we'd been in here awaiting cheenos recovery.

    I walked down the hall entering the exam room that Cheeno was in.

"What's up beautiful." Asked Cheeno.

I walked over hugging him then landing a big kiss on his cheek.

"Im so happy your well baby."

"Yeah they got a cheap shot on me! Just another warrior wound, besides I have a son on the way now to carry on my legacy."

"Who says it's going to be a boy?" I giggled.

Cheeno cuffed my tummy in his palms.

"Because if it's not we won't keep it...."

"You're kidding me right." I smiled but cheenos face was one of serious.

"It's a tradition, we won't stop until we get the right gender..... You understand that ain't zale and I just made a deal." Cheeno started. But my mind was still trying to wrap around his last statement.

"A deal on what Cheeno?"

"I'm co leader of the Warriors now, which means we're about to start rebuilding and recruiting! This is real business I need to know that you're ready for this big step?"

"Of course, whatever you do ok one hundred percent behind you." I agreed as the door opened and zale came in with a smirk.

"What's up aunt zale?"  Cheeno asked.

"Al pono was killed at the hands of the black mafia." Said zaleda in a mono tone.

     The moment suddenly hovered with a feeling of astonishment!

   Not because al pono was killed but because it was by the black mafia! We knew now that our game faces had to be on! Things had just got serious and we needed to get a plan in action to take them out before they got to us!!

      No was ready to be a warrior mafia queen! This position was calling  for me and I needed to pre fill my duties!

       "This only means they've made their first move in chest! It's on us now." Zaleda said firmly.

"Well first things first I need to get these fuckin ivy's up outta me so we can make this shit happen."

   And without another minute to waste we were preparing ourselves for a visit back to Miami where we would begin recruiting and setting up for our next visit to Los Angelos!
