"Hey Haley's coming to see you" Mitch told me
"Yeah I heard......"
"You wanted to see her.....why do you seem so unhappy about it" he asked
"I don't know......she kissed you...I don't know how I feel about it...."
"I love you....and only you.....just talk to her........"
"I don't know Mitch......"
"Pwease.....for me?" He asked and gave me puppy dog eyes
"Aaawww okayyyy" I laughed and kissed his forehead
There was a knock at the door...
"Heeeeey!" It was Haley
"I'll leave you two alone......no kissing" Mitch teased and walked out of the room.
Haley sat by the bed
"Look......I'm so sorry this happened...."
"I never meant to kiss Mitch..." She said
I was quiet
"If you don't want to forgive me I totally understand" she started to leave
"Haley wait......"
"Yeah?" She turned back
"Come here..." I motioned met to come hug me
She came over and we hugged for a long time
"I forgive you......" I said
"Cool" she smiled
"Now go home and sleep....I don't need two people loosing sleep over me..."
"Are you sure because Mitch can sleep....and I can stay awake with you"
"No...no...Mitch will not sleep at all even if you beg him"
"Haha what a good boyfriend" she looked sad
"Haley I'm sorry about Ty"
"No it's fine I'll find some one else"
"Ok well good night" we hugged again
"Night ill be here after you surgery on Monday"
"Ok bye"
She left the room
I took a looong good look at myself I was bleeding....I had tubes sticking out of me.....no wonder Mitch was so worried......
Mitch walked back into the room...
"Hey...how'd it go?" He asked
"Good.....I forgave her and we're friends again"
"Cool" he said....he looked miserable....he could barley keep his eyes open.... I he was sitting on my bed so I put my hand on his head and laid it down on my shoulder...he didn't hesitate because he was really tired......a minute later he was dead asleep....I kissed his head and ran my fingers through his hair.
"I love you..." I whispered
"Love you too" he replied very quietly
