"What is that Matthew?" I hear ticking. And it's getting faster.
"Just wait, you'll find out right before it kills you."
"Did, you really? You put a bomb in here?" I said to him. "He really put a bomb I here! Oh my God-gosh, sorry!" I mutter my self.
The ticking is getting faster. Then I have a feeling, he could just be making that noise with his phone.
"You can come outside the door, that is if you want to live." He says. But I am not going to answer him.
Just in case the bomb is not real, I take the desks and scoot them to the farthest wall from where the noise it loudest. The legs of the table are touching the wall and the top of the desk is sideways on the floor , the "wooden" part is facing out. I do the same thing with other desk except the on the sides of the other desk, so it looks like a rectangle.
Once I'm done, there's a little me sized pocket by the wall. I get inside of it. The ticking is going to fast right now I can't even count how long each gap is between the beeps. It's getting faster and faster.
"You better open the door before its to late Karis!" He shouts.
"I'd rather die in here than out there with you."
I hear make an aggravated-groan type shouting sound. I love that. I'm not doing what he wants, and he does not like that.
The ticking is going a million times a minute, then it stops. I cringe in fear, waiting for an explosion. But there isn't one. It just stops and nothing. I look up over the desk, terrified. Nothing. I get up higher. Still, nothing. I get out of my little hole. Still, nothing. Shaking, I walk around.
"Matthew?" No answer.
I walk around, there's nothing to do in here anymore. What about the other doors? Maybe there's something out there. I walk towards the door on my left. I open it and there's just a small closet, nothing in there but a broom. I walk to the door on my right, there's cat food and a wallet in there. I walk to the door on my farthest right, I open it, and there's trees. I walk out and feel the sun on my face. I walk back in, I remember there was a wallet in the second closet, I take the wallet and run out of the other door. I run and run. I hear cars, I run towards the sound. I run and run until I almost run onto the street.
I stand there yelling for people to give me a ride. I yell and scream, no one stops. I scream some more. "Please, help me! I need help! Please!" No one stops.
A second later my vision goes black and I can't see. Matthew got me again.
