Here we go again. Food, shower, clothes, teeth, hair, games (stuff that keeps me busy,). bed. I've r and over again. Luckily I have a calendar, it was already updated when I got here. I have been here for two weeks! Like this place a lot better than the last. I can actually move with out someone attacking me. I have food, a shower. But I still miss home.

"Karis, getup." I wake up sleepily from bed. John is hovering over me. "We're going on a trip. You know a little vaca'!"
"No. Just no." I shake my head. I sit up. "Okay, what time do we leave?"
•••
I take a shower out my makeup on, and put on some clothes. Then I sit there fiddling with my fingers and stuff I find around. My breakfast comes under the door, the McDonald's breakfast burrito, sometimes it's the biscuit.
I eat the burrito, and drink the orange juice in the tiny cup. I feel like I'm in a luxurious prison.

"Okay, let's go." John says.
I get up and walk out.
I have no idea where we are going. We aren't going to Niagara, we are going in the opposite direction. Unless we are taking a detour or something.
Outside the window I see buildings. They are tall and towering over me. I have always wanted to see New York, but never like this.
We drive for about an hour, nonstop driving. We've gotten out of the Urban area of New York, now I see trees. The trees are all green and healthy. They look strong. I saw one tree, it still had brown leaves. I'm like that tree, all my friends are the green ones. I am the brown one, lost and broken.
I see a few people running or walking, but not very often. We pass by them quickly, some of them stop and stare as we go by. There aren't any other cars around either, I guess this isn't a very popular road, but we keep driving on it.

The car stops, I freeze. I look around the Windows. We are at an abandoned playground, much like the one I got kidnapped from. It's about the middle of the night. He tells me to get out and I do. I do not want him to get and at me again. I walk out and breath in the warm air. This is the freshest air I've breathed in, in forever. I look around and I see a swing set with two normal swings and tow baby swings. There's a tiny slide to the left, and a big slide to the left of that one. Then there's a big swirly slide to the left of that one. There's a jungle gym to the right of the swings, you walk on it and you can either go on the monkey bars or down a bridge thing. It didn't look that fun, some of the market bars are broken and one of the swings is hanging on from only the left side. Why did John bring me here?
