~Vic's POV~
We chatted about random things, eating and staring outside for a while, until my phone rang in my pocket. "Hello?"
I was greeted by my mom's voice.
"Hey love. I was just making sure you're alright. It's going on nine o' clock, will you be home soon?"
I laughed lightly.
"I'm fine mom, thanks. Yeah, we'll probably be leaving soon."
"Leaving? Leaving your friends house?" I paused.
"Er- yeah. His name is Kellin, mom." "Alright. I'll be here. I love you, I'm glad you're having a good time."
"I love you too, mom. See you in a bit."

Kellin met my eyes the moment I hung up.
"You have to go home soon?"
I nodded regretfully.
"Mhm. My mom gets kind of angsty when I'm not home, especially since I started public school."
He mumbled in understanding.
"Okay. Help me pack up?"
He leaned forward to kiss my cheek before closing the Oreo package. We sealed everything up and placed them carefully back in the basket. I stood up to help Kellin fold the blanket, happy with the bubbly champagne taste that lingered in my mouth.

All too soon, we were climbing back in Kellin's car.
"How do we get home?"
I asked. He grinned.
"I have a GPS,"
I laughed. He reached into the center console, apparently not finding the device. He leaned across me to check the glove compartment, but it wasn't there either.
"Oh, I remember now..."
He said, snapping off his seatbelt and climbing over into my seat.
"What-"
I stopped short when I realized he was reaching unto the floor by my feet, now straddling my lap.
"Got it!" He announced, springing up and holding the GPS in his hand. He looked curiously down at me, eyes glimmering brightly in the dark.

"Are you okay, dude? I found the GPS," he said. I didn't answer, I was frozen in my spot, a defense mechanism I had picked up from my father. Kellin leaned closer to my face, so close I could smell his sweet breath.
"Vic?... Are you alright?"

His polar blue eyes stared into mine, and I snapped out of my trance almost instantly. Before I could count to three, his fingers were tangling in my hair, and my hands had a firm grip on his hips. He pressed his open mouth to mine, and I melted into his lips. He tasted sweet, something between fruity and bubbly, probably from the champagne. His hands trailed down my chest, pausing at the hem of my t-shirt. I nodded my permission, and his hands slid under my shirt, leaving cool trails across my heated skin.
"Stay the night?"
He asked.
"Mm yes,"
I replied, nodding. Our lips gained speed, and so did my heart. Just as he started grinding on my lap, his phone rang.
"Ugh..."
He growled, climbing quickly off my lap. I breathed heavily, leaning back against my seat.
Damn, he'll be the death of me, I swear it.

The phone call had been from his mom, also asking when we would be home. She had approved my staying the night, so I texted my mom asking as well. She responded almost immediately with a yes, since it was Friday. Kellin set the GPS to find his house, and we started off.
"Well, that was..."
He started, sounding just as out of breath as me.
"Amazing."
I finished for him. He flashed me a stunning smile, one that should've lasted longer than it did.
"I had fun tonight,"
he admitted. We passed under a streetlight, and I got a glimpse of his face- his pale cheeks were crimson red. "I had fun too, Kellin. We should do this again sometime."
"Do what? Random drives and picnics, or making out in cars?"
"Firstly, making out sounds really gross. It was more like kissing. And both, obviously."

We arrived at my house quicker than we had arrived at the office building, to my regret. The car ride had been quiet, very serene- I didn't want it to end.
"I'll go inside and pack a bag. You can come in too, if you want."
I said. Kellin nodded, climbing out of the car and walking with me to the front door.

My mom swung it open before I had even knocked. She skimmed over my face quickly, then glanced eagerly at Kellin. She stared him up and down, until I finally elbowed her and cleared my throat. She snapped out of it and smiled politely at us, standing back so I could pull Kellin inside.
"Mom, this is my friend, Kellin Quinn." Kellin held out his hand for my mother to shake, which she accepted.
"Hello, Mrs. Fuentes. Nice to meet you."
I blushed in spite of myself. He hadn't been that polite when he was biting my face off-
"Hi Kellin; a pleasure to meet you as well."
She paused, as if she wanted to say more.
"Okay, well, I'll let you get to packing then."
We started up the stairs and I heard her whisper Kellin's name.
"You can call me mom,"
she said softly, so that I couldn't hear- but I did. She had always been terrible at whispering.

Kellin followed me upstairs and into my room, where I shut the door. I pulled a duffel bag out from under my bed.
Have I ever even used this? Wait- no, I haven't. I've never had a friend before. Kellin sat on my bed, staring around at my room while I tossed clothes into the bag.
"Nice poster,"
he said, pointing at a Nirvana poster on the wall.
"Thanks,"
I said.
"I'm almost done."
"That was fast,"
he said, standing up and coming to stand beside me.

I was definitely intimidated, despite my being taller than him by a few inches. His hands wound around my waist and slipped up my shirt, exploring the expanse of my back. I shivered, leaning into his chest. As if his hands weren't enough, his lips left a warm trail down my neck.
"Kellin..."
I whined.
"Why do you have to tease me?"
His hands dropped to his sides and he stepped back instantly.
"I guess if you don't like it-"
"No!"
I shrieked, pulling him close to me again.

Kellin laughed, music to my ears.
"Why don't you finish packing? We'll have all night to be together."
My head spun wildly.
Kellin and I? Together?
It felt as though I were only just grasping what that meant.
Damn, tonight's gonna be amazing.

Again, I'm sorry for the long wait... And the awkward ending. I'm also debating whether to put smut in this story or not?? I have n o clue how to write gay smut. But as of right now, the next chapter won't be smutty. Please comment if you want it though. If enough people do, I'll try my best. Today has been terrible, so if anyone wants to private message me, that would be great. Thanks for reading.
