Chapter 31: She's back

Miranda's POV:

I missed him. I missed everything about him. His smile. His contagious smile. His perfect features. Zayn Malik. I completely fell deeply in love with him. I fell in love with him knowing he loved her. But i guess love really does make you do stupid things eh? He was probably happily with Lila. What was the point of going back?

All these thoughts crowded in my head as i sat at the airport waiting for my flight. Im going back to London.

I had to see him.

Lila's POV:

I walked into the school building with Sierra, Riley, Jennifer, and Lilly. Just like old times. But everything was different. We started school as single teenagers and now were all happily in serious relationships. Happy didn't really described my relationship with Josh right now. I haven't really talked to him. I just don't know how to feel or what to do.

"Lila!" Lilly got my attention.

"What?"

"Did you finish your chemistry homework?" she asked.

"Umm ..NO!" I just now remembered about it. Shit.

"You're gonna be in some trouble"

"Ahh C'mon lets get to class!" i said while dragging her across the hall.

I hurried to my seat and tried to do as much of my homework as i could.

"Alright class. Pass your homework up" our teacher announced.

I slowly raised my hand.

"Yes, Mrs. Stewart" he raised an eyebrow.

"I just umm didn't complete my homework"

"Alrighty then. You could just head out on to detention" he said giving me a pass.

I didn't even bother to protest.

I got my stuff and headed out the door.

I walked into the detention room. I was not surprised to see Louis leaned back in a chair at the back of the room. I left my note next to the sleeping teacher at the front of the room. I went to the back and sat next to Louis.

"What brings you here?" he laughed.

"I didn't finish some chemistry homework" i sighed. I always do my homework and turn it in on time. What was happening to me?

"Well aren't you the one always reminding me to do my homework. And know look who's here" He said pointing towards the door.

I was surprised. It was Liam and Sierra. Both had guilty expressions on their faces.

Sierra's face lit up as soon as she saw both me and Louis were here.

I gave her a 'what the heck did you do' look.

She played with her hands.

"Umm me and Liam were caught snogging behind the gym" she blushed.

Louis burst out laughing.

"HAHA OMG"

Liam pinched Louis's arm.

"OWW" he whined.

Liam laughed in satisfaction.

"So why are y'all here?" Sierra asked.

"She forgot to do her homework and i showed my bum to the class" Louis said casually answering for us both.

Me, Liam, and Sierra burst into laughter. I felt tears form in my eyes.

"W-why?!" i managed to ask in fits if laughter.
