Pregnant With The Nerds Baby

Zack said he would be here soon. I turned on phone on wondering if my dad had called worried about me. Sadly, he didn't even call once. The only person who showed any amount of caring that I was gone was Zack.

It means so much to me that he cares about me.

I wait for about another hour and start to get worried it shouldn't take this long to drive from my house to this hotel.

I hear a loud knock on the door, I practically run to the door to answer it.

"Oh my god" Zack says as I answer the door and runs into my arms. "I was so worried about you"

"I'm sorry" I say and hug him back

"Please don't ever do that again"

"I won't, I promise."

"Good"

Zack continues to hug me for about 5 minutes, It felt nice to be in his arms.

"I really am sorry." I say as I pull out of his embrace

"It's okay, just please don't scare me like that again." He says and sighs

"I won't."

I lay down on the bed and Zack lays next to me.

"I've missed you today. " He says and wraps his arms around my waist

I look into his eyes and realize how lucky I am to have found him. I've never really thought about how much I care for him, but I really do.

Zack looks down at me and smiles, I smile back. He looks at my lips then back into my eyes.

I really want to kiss him but I don't want to make the first move. I know we've kissed before, but unfortunately I don't remember since we were both drunk.

I just take the risk and press my lips against his. The moment is exactly how I wanted it to be, perfect. It was a slow and passionate kiss the kinds you see in the movies, with so much love.

We both pull away from each other and I look down, not wanting to make eye contact with him.

"I wanted to do that for awhile now." Zack says

"Me too" I say and slightly laugh

"I was to nervous to"

"I was too"

I've never really been nervous around a guy, but ever since I met Zack I've become super nervous. I don't want to mess things up with him so I'm more hesitant about what I do.

The next morning I wake up and untangle myself from Zack. I'm glad he stayed the night with me. It made the problems with my dad, my mom and Miranda seem less important.

I check my phone and see a missed call from my dad and a text from my mom. I open the text and all it was, is my mom asking if I'm having a baby shower.

Crap, That reminds me today's my baby shower. I don't even know if Miranda is still going to throw it after yesterday, but I still should go just to make sure.

I wake Zack up and start to gather my things to leave.

"We have to go. My baby showers today." I say to him as he stands up

"Okay" he says

"You drive" I hand him the keys as we leave the hotel

Once we get to the house, I can tell the baby shower is still happening since there's blue balloons outside and a huge sign that says Ashleys baby shower on it.

It's going to be a super awkward day.

I walk into the house and it's all decorated in blue for the baby shower.

Miranda looks at me and smiles widely when she sees me. She must be putting on a fake smile since a few guest have arrived.

"Oh, Ashley" She says and pulls me into a hug

Yeah, this is beyond awkward.
