Meeting the Nexo Knights

As Aaron and you made it to the Fortrex, you began to worry. Aaron kept telling you that they were all pretty nice, except Lance.

Anyway, you both entered the traveling fortress, you being very quiet. 

"AARON!" you hear someone yell out, making your brother groan.  Just as you were about to ask who it was, four others in knights' armor walked over to where you stood, giving you confused looks.

Aaron smiled (does he ever stop smiling?) before holding out a hand.  "(Y/N), this is my team, the Nexo Knights.  Guys, this is my sister, (Y/N)."

The knight in blue nodded, letting the others introduce themselves first.

The knight in silver smiled, walking up to you in a way that made you want to laugh.  "I'm Lance, Lance Richmond.  Probably the best knight on this team."

The only female knight, the red knight, hit him in the back of the head, messing up his hair.  "I'm Macy Halbert, basically the princess of the kingdom."

You nod, looking to Aaron.  He nodded at you, giving you a thumbs up.

Just as you turned back, you were met with the crest of a bull.  "I'm Axl.  Can you cook?"

Everyone laughs as you chuckle.  "I learned, yes."

In an instant, you were wrapped in a hug. You laughed as you were set back down, only to be met with the blue knights' kind glance.

He walks up, holding out his hand. "I'm Clay Moorington, the leader of the knights."

You take his hand and shake it, letting go quickly.

"So," Aaron starts, "can she stay?  Please?"

Everyone looks to Clay with a pleading look in their eyes.  The blue knight looked to you with a questioning gaze.  You smile at him, earning a small smile from him.  "I suppose that she can stay as long as she wants to."

Everyone smiles, dragging you to the downtime room.  Aaron and Axl began playing some video game, Lance stared at you while drinking the 'soda of greatness,' Clay went to talk to Ava, Robin, and Merlock 2.0, and Macy was talking with you.

"So," she started, "seems like you have an admirer." Macy gestured to Lance, making you very uncomfortable.

You shift in your seat. "Well, that's a shame. I'm not looking for a boyfriend any time soon. I just found my brother, thank you very much."

You both laugh for some time. Soon, however, you excuse yourself. You begin to look for Clay.

"I don't know, Merlock. What if someone comes for her? She could cause some more trouble than we need," a young female's voice said.

You follow the sound to a vent, thankfully not a door.

"She's Aaron's sister. She couldn't cause that much of a problem," you heard Clay explain.

"Clay is right. From what I can figure out, she always knew she was somehow related to Aaron. I highly doubt that she would do or cause anything to harm friends of the only family she knows, Ava," an older male told. It sounded like the only wizard of Knighton. Was it Merlock? Didn't he die?

"Hey, what are you doing?" You turn to see a young boy with a chicken crest on his chest.

You blush lightly. "Oh, I, uh, was looking for Clay. Who are you?"

The younger held out his hand. "I'm Robin, future knight. I'm gonna be better than Clay one day."

You laugh and shake his hand. "Well, could you take me to see Clay? I want to talk to him."

He nods, walking through the door next to the vent. You follow, seeing Clay talking to a young girl and a pixelated form of Merlock. Clay looked at you with slight confusion, but smiled at you anyway.

"(Y/N), I was about to come find you to introduce you to a few others. This is Ava, Robin, and Merlock," Clay gestured to them, and you nodded.

Ava seemed to be watching you, making you uncomfortable like Lance did.

"Look," you say, looking at the young girl, "think what you may, but I know no one. I would never hurt my family, especially one who actually wants me to stay with him."

With that, you walk away, tears sliding down your face. You find your way to a bathroom, so you walk in and lock the door, sitting on the far wall to cry.
