Maine and Ember were sent to capture Jade while Kayla stayed to take care of the former knight and book. The brunette rode on the shifters back, having opened the portal to Ninjago.
Maine shifted back into a human as they came close to the ground, looking to Ember. "Where is she?"
The brunette took out a device that had many dots on it. "She's about three hundred meters north, in a house with many other elemental masters."
The other grumbled, changing into a dragon, allowing the other to climb on her back. They flew as close as they could risk, seeing a young boy and girl sitting against a tree.
"So, how does it feel to be a master of madness?" the boy asked as Ember got off of Maine.
The girl shrugged, moving a piece of hair from her face. "It could be better. I just wish my parents were here."
Ember ran up to them, pretending to have run a long while. "Are you two elemental masters?" They nodded. "Please, you must help me. A dragon was chasing me!"
"Don't worry, ma'am. Flame and Jade are on the case!"
Flame ran ahead to face off against Maine while Ember stayed with Jade.
"Aren't you going to help him?"
She inhaled, shaking her head. "I couldn't. My powers are all out of whack."
Smiling, the older knew this was the one. "What's your name?"
"Jade Lilly Moorington. Master of Illusion and Madness. Who are you?"
Ember cleared her throat. "Didn't they tell you? I'm your new trainer. I'm Ember, Master of Electronics."
Jade nodded, taking a sideways glance at the building near the tree. "Maybe I should ask to make sure..."
The older brunette whistled, causing Maine to fly up in the sky, swooping down at the two. The dragon lifted the two up, flying higher before diving down in a spiral, opening a portal to the Underworld.
One last thing to get. Jade whimpered, looking at the dark area with fear.
As they landed, Maine shifted into her human self, brushing her blonde hair with her fingers. "Where's this 'seeing stone?'"
The young girl seemed to gasp, looking at the oddly placed Ferris wheel. Ember followed her gaze, seeing a low glow just beyond the wheel. The stone.
"Maine, let's see what glows? I know it's the stone."
The shifter ran off to get the stone, leaving the two behind.
Jade looked up at Ember, fear enveloping her. "What are you planning?"
Smirking, the older only stared as the shifter came back. "All will be explained later, young demon."
"What do you-"
"You know what I mean, child. You shouldn't have even been able to have those powers. We'll help you."
Maine came back to them, handing the stone to the older.
"Let's go."
Time Skip~
Jade shook as the two elementals pushed her into a grey haired woman. She looked down at the Moorington, smiling wildly.
"Child, do not fear. Sit."
She listened, fear coursing through her body. That's when she saw someone who should not be here. Lance.
Kayla looked to Ember and Maine. "Did you get the stone? And leave notes?"
Maine nodded, growling at Lance when he moved close to Jade.
"What's the problem? He's just figuring out who she is."
"I don't care. She shouldn't be anywhere near that sinner," the shifter spat, glaring at the witch.
Kayla shrugged, looking at the moon high in the sky. "Tomorrow, we will go get our next allies. Now, we sleep."
Everyone nodded, lying around a small fire. Maine growled at the former knight, changing into a golden wolf and allowing the young girl to lay on her side. Ember looked at them, seeing the shifter whisper something softly to Jade, making her snuggle into her fur. Sighing, the brunette felt guilty for what she did, but it was for the best, right?

"What do you mean she's missing? Where could Jade go?" you yell at Lloyd, who had come with the news.
He sighed. "Flame said a woman came complaining of a dragon chasing her. He ran to find the dragon, but couldn't find it. Only a yellow-gold wolf. Then, a whistle came and they were both gone when he got back."
You felt horrible for leaving Jade now. "How do we find her?"
"You aren't coming. I came to tell you and the other knights. They are helping us look for her in the morning. Now, could I stay for the night?"
You nod. "There's a room across from mine you can use."
He nodded, and as you both walked down the hall, a pang of fear went through your body. And a former knight who should be dead invaded your thoughts.
Could it be....? No, he's gone forever. Who could it be, then?
