Almost a whole month in fact. I want to say a lot has happened and that's why I haven't written to you, but in all truth only a few key things really happened. But don't you worry, I'm doing fine, so much better than I was when I last wrote. Uh let's see, where do I begin? Well, nothing really happened this month until around the 9th. On the 9th me and Jacks officially broke it off. He was leaving soon so we both felt it would be best. But besides that on Feb 12th me and my friends had just the best time together during lunch. Me and Sweetie decided to bring food for a "Valentine's Party" for our friends. She brought a bacon-wrapped pizza (that was so heaven!~ lol), and she brought some mini cakes shaped like hearts (chocolate with cream cheese frosting I'm pretty sure). And me, the night before I completely made on my own these adorable little Red Velvet Cheesecake Brownies (http://www.thenovicechefblog.com/2012/01/marbled-red-velvet-cheesecake-brownies/ the recipie here!). And since we didn't have a small heart shaped cookie cutter I just used a flower one, here, you can see a pic of them:

Yup! These little suckers were so delicious! I made about 14 or 16 of the little ones and (since I made a second batch) I was able to use a heart shaped box to cut out 6 heart brownies. I gave one heart to Hero, one heart to Sweetie, one heart to Afro, one heart to DJ, and I can't remember where the others went lol.
