Ayato crossed his arms and huffed angrily, tearing his green eyes from the two of you. "Bastard." he mumbled, now looking at nothing in particular. Laito just stood next to his brother, his smile still evident and creepy. 

"He's not even sharing." Kanato whined, snapping his eyes to his older brother Reiji. "That's not fair!" He screamed, squishing Teddy to his small chest. Reiji simply ignored him and looked to Shuu, his features turning furious. 

"Aren't you going to do anything?" He asked angrily, glaring at the eldest sibling. Shuu just kept silent, his eyes closed and body still. Clearly that was a no. Reiji stiffened at the silence, obviously enraged at his older brothers lack of action. 

You were too focused on the situation before you that you barely felt the pain rushing up your arm from the tips of your fingers. The discomfort alerting you and turning your focus to your almost crushed hand. "Su-Subaru," Your strangled voice was hushed and you were thankful that Subaru had heard your plea, turning his eyes to your hand. He immediately let go and looked at you apologetically before returning his attention to his brothers.

Reiji sighed loudly and pushed his glasses up once more, crossing his arms. "All of you return to your quarters and stop with this insufferable quarreling." His voice was stern as he stood his ground and scowled at all of you. 

The brothers made agitated noises but did as he said nonetheless, except for Shuu and Subaru that is. Even Reiji had disappeared along with his brothers, probably off reading or performing experiments again.  

Subaru than turned to you, his hands instantly going to your hurt one. he grasped them gently and held them to his lips, kissing them softly. "Sorry," He mumbled, continuing his ministrations. You smiled at his sweet actions.

"It's okay."
