That wasn't Subaru's voice and you knew it. The voice was too deep, too calm and filled with boredom. Shuu. Of course it was him. Of course he of all people come to you in your time of anguish. You slowly turned your body and and uncovered yourself to the intruder. Well, your assumption was correct as upon seeing the eldest of the household, his body lying on your bed as if he had been there before you. His eyes were closed and his hands behind his head as he lay on his back.
"Shuu," You began but were interrupted once more.
"I told you to be quiet didn't I." It wasn't a question, more of a reminder to you. You gulped thickly and slid away from him slightly, a little wary of the lazy vampire. You shut your lips and stared at the blonde, unsure of his motives.
It was quiet for a long time before he spoke up again. "I'm still thirsty."
