Jessica’s POV

We walked through the doors to enter into the lunchroom. As we approached the small shop where we could buy some food, “Hanna what would you like to eat?” 

Hanna looked at the different variety of food, and looked like a little kid in a candy store, How cute, I thought. 

“Um, I’ll get 3 ham sandwiches, some kimchi stew, and some kimchi fried rice please.” She said as she pointed to the items.

Hyoyeon and I just stood there in amazement at the amount of food she was ordering, “Uh, is this for your dinner too?” I asked her.

“No silly it’s for lunch!” She said as she was paying for her food like it was no big deal.

Hyoyeon stood in front of her trying to count up all that she had, “I think you have enough there for at least 3 people!” 

“No kidding, would you mind sharing?” I teased.

“Yah, no way! I’m a growing girl!” She yelled.

“Yeah, but that depends on what you mean grow!” I said as I showed her growing in width instead of height. This girl seemed really funny and smiled a lot despite not knowing what situation was in. Something about her seemed just a bit familiar though. Have I ever met her before?

As I was immersed in my thoughts Hyoyeon had already ordered her food, “Oh, I’ll just have a tuna sandwich.” 

We grabbed our food and headed towards the lunchroom area where everyone was seated. I started to scope around for Hyoyeon’s group of girls sat. “Hey there they are!” Hyoyeon yelled as she pointed to a table of two girls.

“Sorry, we are late Tiffany. We got caught up with trouble.” Hyoyeon explained as she sat down. “Oh, and I ran into Jessica who agreed to have lunch with us!”
“Jessica, oh my gosh it’s been awhile!” Tiffany said to me in English.

“I know, I really have missed you Tiffany.” I responded back.

Taeyeon just looked at us and furrowed her brows, “Uh Korean please?” 

I sat down next to Hanna who was next to Tiffany, Taeyeon, then Hyoyeon and back to me, “How are you guys?” 

“We’ve been doing great.” Taeyeon said, “What about you?” 

“”Oh, everything is good.” I said as I unwrapped my sandwich. 

“So what is this trouble you guys ran into?” Tiffany asked as she took a bite of her kimbap.

I let out a sigh and slumped down in my seat when Hyoyeon began to explain, “Well, this girl here slapped the almighty arrogant Taemin.” 

The two girls looked over at Hanna who was busily chewing on all her food at once,”Yah, be careful you might choke!” I yelled to her while patting her back.

“Woah, Sica is actually paying attention to the new girl?” Tiffany said. I stuck out my tongue to her. It wasn’t like I cared about her. More so of I felt comfortable around her. 

“Anyways, Sica, here stood up against him and is even rejoining So Nyuh Shi Dae!” She yelled in excitement. I quickly told her to be quiet so not to draw attention to our table.

Taeyeon let out a yelp before slowly coming back down when people began to stare, “So you are really coming back?” 

“Only because that guy ticks me off.” I then remembered a certain girl’s bright smile, “And I wanted to do it for her.” It was true. The only reason I ever joined the group was because of that shikshin Sooyoung. She was more then just a friend to me, and I always wished we could have been more then that.
