After School~

Taeyeon’s POV

“Thank you for your audition,” I said to the girl in front of me. She was petite and had a lovely smile as for dancing singing however, would surprise how I should say, ‘different.’ The girl had brought in props along with a costume, and continued in doing a interpretive dance to a song dedicated to the seasons of the year.

“Um, we will get in contact with you if you have made it,” Tiffany said with a kind, yet unsure tone in her voice. She smiled with those crescent like eyes of hers and dismissed the girl out. “Omo, this is going to be harder then I thought,” she said as she pouted to me while placing her head on the table.

I looked through a stack of papers with different student’s information on them, “Sorry Miss Eun,” I said aloud as I marked through her name, “what happened to just a regular dance routine?” I asked Tiffany.

She placed her hands on her head and started to massage it, “I don’t even know,” she let out a sigh, “That is the fifteenth person audition, and we still have a whole another week,” she said.

“No worries,” I said trying to cheer her up, “one week should be enough to find everyone we need, and besides it will be well worth it.” I was right, right? I mean in a huge school like this you would think there would be a-lot of talented people here. We just needed to find them. With Jessica, Tiffany, Seohyun, and I as the singers all we really needed were a couple more main dancers with Hyoyeon.

“I hope so, all we really need are dancers right?” She asked me.

I nodded, “Yep.”

“Aish, and we need to get that stubborn Yuri,” she said in a annoyed tone.

“I really don’t blame her though,” I told her, “think about it, Sooyoung was her best friend and I guess doing this kind of makes her feel like we are betraying her or something.”

“We aren’t though!” She shouted.

I placed my elbow on the table and laid my chin on my hand to support my head, “I know that, but to her it’s different,” I let out a sigh, “plus, let’s not forget that they were really close.”

“I guess you are right,” she responded, “though I’m not sure if just letting her be is helping anything either.”

“Yeah, but you know how she is, once she makes a decision she sticks through with it.”

I could recall a time where the girl wanted buy me a gift for my birthday. I had told her numerous times that she didn’t have to since we had just met, but she insisted on getting me something. One day after practice, the five of us went out to eat. What I didn’t expect was instead of going to a fast food place we ended up going to a fancy restaurant. There, my parents, who are usually busy, and a couple of my relatives were present to celebrate my birthday.

“Well, at least the other girls are coming in to help us in a bit,” Tiffany said to me, “who knows, maybe they’ll give us some luck.”

I looked at the list again, “Let’s hope so. Miss Sang Hee you are up next!” I yelled.

Just then a girl around our age walked in and bowed to us, “Hi, my name is Sang Hee and I am in Year 2. It is nice to meet you Unnies.”

“Well, she has manners,” Tiffany whispered to me.

I nodded in agreement then looked back up to her, “Okay, so what are you going to sing for us?”

“I wanted to do a song named Sorry, Sorry,” she replied.
