Jessica's POV

"Sica? Oh Sica? Sica!"

I covered my ears. Seriously, Krystal knows better then to wake me up this way. I had previously been laying on my back since my left arm acted as a pillow while my right just laid above my head. Just as I turned to lay on my side I could feel a shift in weight on the bed, "Krystal, go away." I started to mumble quietly, "I'll get up in five minutes."

She crawled over beside me and snaked her arms around my waist. Strange, Krystal's arms seemed longer then usual.

"Yah, wake up or else I will beat you with a cucumber."

Wait, that definitely wasn't Krystal's voice. Realizing that a stranger had infiltrated my space I shot up and pushed the person off the bed, "Who are you!" I screamed.

"Owie, sheesh that hurt Sica." Well, I knew it was a girl from the voice. Question is, who?

I tiptoed myself over to the person on the ground who seemed to be in a state of shock from my kick. As I neared the other side of the bed my eyes grew large, "S-S-Sooyoungie?"

Sooyoung rubbed her butt then pushed herself up with half her body still planted on the ground, "What did you do that for?" She asked.

"You scared the crap out of me!" I said in defense. "Plus, who just plops themselves onto someone else's bed?!"

She pointed to herself with a smirk on her face, "Me, of course!" She shouted proudly.

"Aish, seriously why are you even here?" I checked my phone over on the bed counter, "It's Sunday so there's no school."

She folded her arms and started to pout, "Yah, can I not visit my best friend on a non school day?"

"No, I mean we spend all day at school so I figured that that was enough." I explained. I was crouched down to her eye level and observed how attentively she listened.

"Ah, well it's not!" She said shaking her head. Suddenly, she tackled me to the ground and hugged me by the waist, "You are pretty much a reason to why my day is great Sica!"

"Yah! Quit teasing me!" I said struggling from her sudden weight on top of me. I laughed through the entire sentence just enough to cover up my extreme nervousness in this situation. Little does she realize that every one of her touch sends a wave of electricity through my body, a shade of pink starts to appear on my face, and my heart beats louder then usual.

After seconds of struggling I finally gave up as she just laid motionless with both her arms snaked around my waist, "I'm not." She took the arm from underneath my back then turned to her stomach with one arm resting on top of my stomach. "We've been best friends for so long that a day of not seeing you is really odd to me."

"Really?" I asked her curiously. Best friends, sure the title was amazing in itself, but in reality I wished it could be more.

"Yep, one day I wish you, me, and Yuri could all move into an apartment together." Her fingers were tapping on my stomach. "We could even get Hyoyeon, Seohyun, Tiffany, and Taeyeon to live with us!"

I started grinning to myself as I placed my hand on my stomach next to her hand. "Yeah, Tiffany can be the Umma while Taeyeon is the Appa."

"I'm pretty sure that's how it is in reality," We both started to laugh, "Those two are so cute, you know?"

I blinked twice at her statement, "You don't find it weird?"

"That they're both girls?" She asked while turning her head to face me. I turned my head facing her direction and nodded. "Honestly, at first I was a little bit weirded out, but they're my friends and it would be wrong to just shun them because of their personal jurisdiction."

I looked down to our hands which were near each other and took the initiative to take action. I grabbed her hand and sighed when she didn't pull away, "So, you don't think it's unnatural?"

"Of course not, if you were gay I would still be your best friend." She gave my hand a light squeeze.

Thump thump...

There goes my heart. Sure she says this now, but how would she react if I told her my feelings. I didn't want to risk the friendship I held so dear to just destroy it by a confession. "Ah, well you don't have to worry about that." I managed to lie.

"I guess not, but if anything were to change I will still be there."

I closed my eyes relishing the moment, "Thanks Sooyoungie." There was a moment of silence. "Sooyoungie?" I opened my eyes to an empty space beside me, "Sooyoungie?!"

....

I felt the sting in my eyes. "Sooyoungie, please... Don't leave... Me." That's right Sooyoung is no longer here. Idiot Choi Sooyoung. You said you wanted everyone to live together. What about your promise you made to me...

"Oh, hey unnie guess I didn't have to wake you up this morning." Krystal had just waltz herself into my room with a scary looking plate in her hand.

I immediately pinched my nose, "Get it away!"

She smirked at me, "What unnie?"

"If you come any closer don't think that I will show ANY mercy to who knows what I will do." I threatened while hiding behind a pillow.

She placed the plate outside my doorway and sat herself on the bed, "What's up unnie you are never up this early unless something is on your mind."

"Guess I can't hide anything from you huh?" Krystal nodded her head. "Well, last night the girls and I went to that Twilight restaurant."

"Oh! The one that's now the Underground Themed?" She pointed out.

"Yeah, remember when I told you about the shooting star?" I hesitated to ask since it had been awhile and Krystal might have forgotten about the incident.

"The one you and Sooyoung only saw?"

I nodded vigorously, "Yeah! Well, last night a new girl named Lee Hanna walked me home and I heard her mumble about a shooting star we saw and how it wasn't a projection this time."

"So what's your point?" She asked, tilting her head to the side.

"I've never told anyone about it except to you so how would she know?" I stated. I was sure Krystal wouldn't tell anyone, and Sooyoung wasn't the type to just mention something like that to just anyone. "Here's what I think."

"What?"

I put up a finger, "The only explanation is that this girl isn't who she is, and in reality is actually a really good friend of Sooyoung's or a relative of some sort."

"You think her mom knows anything?" Krystal rubbed her head.

I pulled my knees to my chin, "I don't know, but I want to ask her first."

"Who Hanna-ssi?"

"Yeah, I want to know who she is and why she hasn't said anything about it before." I contemplated on whether asking about it today or not. Sure it was a long shot of a guess, but it's weird of Sooyoung to tell people about events unless they meant something to her. What if this girl was important. What is she was closer to Sooyoung then I could ever be? What are talking about, Jessica? She was your best friend. She would have told you about everything right? Thoughts kept running through my mind of all the possibilities. I prayed that none of them were true, and that my farfetched idea of them being relatives became reality.

Krystal ruffled my hair up a bit. Not that it was all fixed up in the first place so I didn't mind. "She might have her reasons. I wouldn't just start assuming things right away. Okay Unnie?"

"I won't. Now, please get that nasty plate away from my door I can smell the evilness from here." I said as I pointed towards the door.

Krystal got up from my bed and walked out, "Yes, Jessica unnie~"

"Just who are you really?"

Sooyoung's  POV

Morning soon came as I could feel the heat on my eyes from the sunlight hitting the windows. I reached over to my phone to see one new message on the screen.

From: Im YoonA
Hanna unnie! Can you please come with me to the auditions today? Taeyeon unnie asked me to accompany Hyoyeon unnie, Jessica unnie, and Seohyun, but I'm still nervous around them. Oh and good morning.

From: Lee Hanna
Morning! Of course I can. Just meet me after school and we will go together.

I placed my phone back on the bed counter and got up from the bed, "Aish, morning already?" I rubbed my head then walked over to the closet to grab my uniform for school.

At School~

I decided to arrive at school a bit early to clean the room up a bit. When I walked into the class Hyoyeon was already there talking with a couple of people. As I walked passed her she grabbed me by the wrist.

"Yah, no good morning?" She asked me.

I started to laugh, "Sorry! I thought you were busy talking!"

"These guys? Oh, they don't mind sharing me right?" Hyoyeon turned to the two other guys who just nodded heads and walked over to their seats. "So, whatcha doing here so early?" She asked me as we walked over to the window.

"Oh, I was going to help set up the classroom. Looks like most everyone beat me to it though." I looked at the class once again noticing how almost half of everyone was already present at school.

Hyoyeon yawned to the point where she wiped her eyes, "Yeah, you have to get up pretty early to beat some of these guys to set up the classroom." She wasn't kidding. Some of these crazy folks would be at the school two hours before it even started to just help set up.

"No kidding. So auditions today again?" Over the past couple days I felt like the girls were getting a bit more comfortable around me. Maybe to the point of believing the dead can come back to life.

She started to rub the back of her head, "Unfortunately, yes. Taeyeon has to run back to the dorms which means Tiffany will probably go with her." She started to count on her fingers, "Which means it will be me, Seohyun, Jessica, and YoonA."

"Speaking of YoonA, what do you think of her so far?"

"Well, don't get me wrong," She let out a sigh, "the girl is a great dancer so I'm hoping she will catch onto the routine fast enough." She stretched both her arms above her head, "I'm just worried about her singing."

Crap... I forgot totally about Yoona's flaw, stage fright. Sounds silly since she performed as an actress, but when it involved singing Yoona isaru a nervous wreck. Once, she was chosen as the lead in a musical. When her part came the girl hurled before she even went on stage leaving the understudy to take over.

"I wouldn't worry about that. She's a great singer!" I said trying to reassure her.

Hyoyeon clasped her hands together, "Great! Now, your turn."

I looked at her with open eyes, "Huh?"

"Oh, come on. We all know, including yourself, that you want to audition." She looked me seriously then pointed to my chest. "This tells me so."

I looked down and gave her a strange look, "My chest  told you?"

She gave me a light push and started to laugh, "No! Your heart!" She placed her hand on her head, "Aish, I was trying to sound deep!"

"Haha, sorry for ruining it." I apologetically said, "Sorry, again, but I told you that I'm not a dancer."

"Maybe not in this life, but I'm sure you were in a previous life." I was shocked at what Hyoyeon said. It sounded as if she was saying she believed in reincarnation. Could she be the one that can help me?

"So you believe in reincarnation?" I asked her.

She hummed a bit, "More of I believe in a previous life's capabilities are passed down."

"Ah, I see." Well, there goes my plan. "Would it be all right if I helped you guys out during the competition as a Manager?"

"Well, since you keep declining my offer. Of course!" She yelled happily. Just then the door opened and in came a smiling Tiffany.

She made her way over and greeted us, "Morning you two!"

"How are you so chirpy this morning?" Asked Hyoyeon who faked yawning.

Tiffany shrugged her shoulders, "Dunno, I think I'm still giddy about finding a new member."

"Or something happened with Taeyeon, ouch!" Tiffany slapped Hyoyeon when she said the comment. "Aish, you know it's true."

I giggled at Tiffany's obvious blush on her face, "I think it's quite cute."

"Huh?"

"I mean you and Taeyeon. I think you two are a perfect match for each other." I explained.

Tiffany smiled and rubbed her hands together, "Yeah, I'm really lucky to be with her."

"Nah, luck has nothing to do with it." I told her. I never believed in such things as luck. You either deserved it or didn't. It was obvious that Taeyeon and Tiffany were perfect for each other.

Hyoyeon agreed with me, "How is it that when you say something it sounds so wise when mine gets turned to a joke?"

"Hyoyeon, I'm sorry but you do NOT know how to talk properly." Tiffany confessed.

Hyoyeon as a speaker? What has the world come to. The girl was more cut out to be a comedian more then anything. Literally everything she said made people laugh even if she was serious. Guess she had both a gift and a curse.

I started to laugh along with Tiffany, "It's all right Hyoyeon."

"Yah, I'm being serious here!" She shouted back. A couple student looked our way and started to laugh.

I pointed to her, "You, my friend, are meant to be a comedian. Not a speaker."

"Where have I heard that from?" She started scratching her head then realized something, "Aish, from the pranking duo."

Wow, I couldn't believe she brought the name up. It had been so long since I heard of the pranking duo, but now that it's brought up I should ask.

"The who?" I asked innocently.

Hyoyeon held up two fingers, "The prankster duo consist of two students. One was our friend Choi Sooyoung and the other Kwon Yuri."

"You don't have a hard tome bringing up your friends name?" I questioned whether or not to press further.

She shook her head, "Nope, when it comes to the pranking or the group I'm proud to say her name."

Aish, Hyoyeon you dummy! "She had some really great friends that Choi Sooyoung girl." I said apologetically.

"Has," Tiffany corrected, "she still has great friends. I think somewhere out there Sooyoung is still protecting us where ever she is."

Oh, if you only knew...

"Kwon Yuri? You mean the Class President?"

They both nodded, "Yeah, those two were quite something when you put them together."

Look at that, Yuri. Everyone still cares for you. "Hey, I have an idea. How about I try one more time for Yuri today?"

"Seriously?"

"Yeah, I mean just one more time wouldn't hurt." So I was not too sure about that part.

Tiffany eyed me, "Um, are you prepared for another slap across the face."

I started to rub where Yuri previously hit me, "Yeah, I don't think my precious face can take it."

We started to laugh and continued to talk.

Taeyeon’s POV

“UNNIE GIVE ME MY STUFF!”

“NOT UNTIL YOU GET READY FOR SCHOOL!”

Well, what a wonderful way to wake up for school. One of the best naps I have had when Jiyoung and Gyuri here disrupted my sleep, “Girls, shut up.” I mumbled with my eyes still closed. Obviously, they didn’t hear me and the yelling still continued. What are they talking about? School? Isn’t it a break day? I looked at my phone, “CRAP!”

Jiyoung and Gyuri were two girls who lived in the dorms at the school. They were with Nicole and Hara in their five girl group named KARA. Nice girls really and I think out of everyone we get along with them the most.

The yelling stopped when there was a knock on my door, “Taeyeon unnie, are you awake?”

“Huh, yeah! I, um, just have to put on some shoes!” I threw things around to make it sound like I was searching frantically for my shoes.

“See? Taeyeon is awake. So get ready.” I heard Gyuri say from the other side.

“Fine~” It sounded like they were gone which means time for me to actually get ready for school. Hmm, shoes are here, shirt, shorts. Check! I threw on my clothes, grabbed my phone and walked out of the doorway heading to the front door.

Gyuri looked at me head to toe, “Forgetting something?”

I looked at her curiously, “I don’t think so?”

Jiyoung then pointed down to my feet, “Your shoes perhaps unnie?”

I lowered my head down and noticed my bare feet, “Um, hold on a minute.” I ran upstairs to grab a pair of socks and sneakers then came back to them, “Okay, let’s get going!”
