At the restaurant ~

Sooyoung’s POV

“Woah this place is amazing!” I was excited to be going to my favorite restaurant in the whole town. The door to the entrance was all the same, but right as I stepped in it looked like the whole place had been renovated to a more underground modern them then the whole night sky look. 

Taeyeon had gone up to the front to place our names into the waiting list, Seohyun and Hyoyeon were busy looking at a small aquarium they had full of fish, while Yoona, Jessica, Tiffany and I were just standing still in silence. Tiffany took the initiative to speak when she cleared her throat, “This place didn’t use to look like this you know.” 

“It didn’t?” I asked her curiously while still looking around at the changes. 

“Yep, before it had this whole twinkling stars theme.” She flicked her fingers up at the ceiling, “There were stars everywhere, and sometimes they would cut off the lights just to show a meteor shower video up on the ceiling while you ate.” 

Yoona clapped her hands, “I remember that! They had this special cake you could order that would sparkle like fireworks.” 

“A sparkling cake?” I tilted my head towards her as if I didn’t know. 

“Yep, me and another friend of mine would split the cake into half every time we came here!” She yelled excitingly. 

Of course I would remember eating half a cake with my buffet partner. Whether we were with other people or it was just the two of us; Yoona and I would always order their sparkling cake. “Only you two?” 

Tiffany and Jessica’s eyes opened up, “Seriously is everyone here a shikshin now?” 

Yoona looked at me, “Would you like to split one with me unnie?” 

“Of course!” Sweet, I get to have my favorite cake! I looked up towards the ceiling and smiled thinking of the times the girls and I would come here after practice to eat.

Flashback

“Yah, Sooyoungie look!” Jessica pointed up to the ceiling right as the lights cut off. 

I smiled at her giddiness and pointed over to a shooting star, “Look, a shooting star!” 

Jessica gasped in amazement at the surreal affects of the projections, “Let’s make a wish!” she shouted. 

“Yah, you know it’s only a projection right?” I asked her. 

She looked at me and started to whine, “It’s still a shooting star though.” She began to frown and puffed out her cheeks.

“What the heck, I thought you hated aegyo. Why would you do it to me?” I asked not looking directly towards her. 

“Because we all know that you can’t resist it when I use my aegyo.” 

“But Sica~” She glared at me. “Yeah, that’s right two can play at that game.” She folded her arm and sat back down still with a pout on her face, “Aish, Sica, I’m kidding.” I grabbed a hold of her hand, “We can make a wish, okay?”
