Death Do Us Part

Third Person

Nico was in the infirmary waiting for Alex to wake up. He sat in a chair next to him. Soon Nico saw that Alex was waking up. Alex's eyes shot open and he began to try and get out of the restraints. Nico went into his vison and Alex stopped moving and looked at Nico.

"Nico. Where am I?" Alex asked scared.

"The infirmary, remember?" He asked getting closer to Alex.

"No. Get me out of these restraints please before I start hyperventilating." Alex said and Nico quickly took the restraints off. Alex sat up and hugged Nico. Nico was surprised at first but soon hugged Alex back.

They separated a little. There was a ruckuses started outside. Then his eye color changed. Nico saw and gasped. Alex put a hand around his neck. Nico couldn't breathe. He was surprised by the act.

"I should kill you but Alex is preventing me from doing so. You have these connection that I can't break. I might just keep you around so Alex is happy and won't fight me." Alex let go of Nico and started to walk out of the infirmary. Nico was on the ground trying to get air back into his lungs. Soon Alex walked out of the infirmary to see all of the demigods walking to the infirmary.

"There he is." Someone said as soon they were all on top of Alex. Alex/Kronos used an energy ball to get everyone off of him. Percy was getting up after several people were on top of him. Percy ran over to Alex or at least he thought it was Alex.

"Alex." Percy said and Alex pointed at Percy.

"You, you must die for what you have done." Alex said and Percy was a little confused. Then he saw the eyes of Kronos.

"Kronos." Percy said with a snarl. Kronos/ Alex laughed.

"Yes and now you must pay for what you did so long ago." Percy took out Riptide and somehow Alex also had a sword. They clash swords but Percy knew that he couldn't hurt Alex. As Percy was thinking that Kronos was able to back Percy outside of the boarder. Monsters came up around the area but a few demigods fought the monsters to try and help Percy out. Percy hoped that he could save Alex or die trying.

Alex and Percy fought and fought till they both were panting. There was one way to end this all and Percy charged. Alex had his sword in front of him. Soon Percy collided with the sword. The sword went right through Percy.

"Finally Percy Jackson will be dead." Alex said. Percy had a little bit of blood coming out of his mouth.

"I would say the same for yourself." Percy said and he let go of his sword which was right through Alex's torso. Both of them fell to the ground and Alex turned back to his brown eyes. Annabeth and Nico ran to them. They ran up the hill that they were at. Annabeth ran to Percy while Nico ran to Alex.

Nico went to his knees as he was next to Alex. Nico lifted up Alex's head on to his lap. There was a little bit of blood coming out of his mouth just like Percy.

"Alex. No, you can't leave me right now." Nico said with tears going down his cheek. More blood went onto the grass.

"He's gone Nico. I'm free finally." Alex said weakly.

"Someone help!" Nico yelled but none of the campers moved to help either of them. Almost everyone looked mad but Nico didn't know why. One guy was in the front.

"I'm the new leader of this camp. I demand you get away from the traitors right now." Nico felt like he wanted to move but he stayed resisting. Nico looked back at Alex.

"I'm going to be fine Nico." Alex said.

"No, Alex. Please don't leave me you have been a great friend." Nico said.

"As well as you. I will see you." Alex grabbed Nico and did one last hug.  Alex stopped and Nico saw his life force leave his body. Alex went limp and was staring at Nico with dead free eyes. Nico closed his eyes.

Annabeth was at Percy's side. She stroke his hair as she saw that he was in pain.

"Seaweed brain, you get into too much trouble." She said with tears in her eyes.

"Shouldn't be much of the trouble now Wise Girl." Percy said quietly.

"We need to get you to the water soon." Annabeth said.

"No. My time is up." Percy said. Annabeth started to cry and she cried into Percy's chest. She heard Nico.

"Someone help!" She heard Nico say. She looked up at all the campers that were inside of the boarder. Then she saw the jerk face that made everyone including her turn against Alex before.

"I'm the new leader of this camp. I demand you get away from the traitors right now." She knew the kid as Sam and she now knew that he was the son of Aphrodite. Annabeth almost walked over there but she stopped herself to stay by Percy. She turned back to Percy and kissed him on the lips.

"I love you Wise Girl." He said and more tears fell from her eyes.

"I love you too Seaweed Brain." She saw him take his last breathe looking at the stars. She closed his eyes and saw that she was covered in his blood. She got up at the same time as Nico and saw that Alex was gone as well. Both of them started to walk away when there was a flash and there was Poseidon looking at Percy. He fell to his knees next to Percy and put him in his arms.

"I'm too late." There was tears coming down Poseidon's cheek as he pulled Percy close to him. Nico and Annabeth watched the seen as the other campers walked away glade that both of them were dead. Soon more Gods arrived including Zeus. They were all crying but Ares but he looked sad. Hades hugged Nico and Athena hugged Annabeth. Zeus put a hand on Poseidon's shoulder.

"I'm sorry for your loss brother." Zeus said and Poseidon put Percy down.

"Who did this to my boy?" Poseidon said looking at Nico and Annabeth.

"Kronos took Alex as a host. It's not Alex's fault he did save Percy a long time ago from going to Kronos earlier." Annabeth said and Nico cried harder into Hades. Poseidon walked over to Alex's body and closed his eyes.

"Whose son is this?" Poseidon asked.

"He wasn't claimed yet." Nico said with red eyes from crying.

"Do we know anything about him?" Artemis asked. Annabeth and Nico shook their heads.

"He was noble in his past that's all I know. He was like Percy." Nico said and Artemis nodded. Soon everyone walked down to the camp and called everyone out.

"What in Hades happen? Why didn't you help Percy and Alex?" Poseidon said. No one said anything but Sam walked up to the Gods.

"They were traitors so they deserved to die." He said smiling.

"You better show more respects to the Gods Punk." Ares said.

"They both were heroes. More than you could be." Annabeth said yelling at Sam.

"Whatever. I'm the leader now." Sam said and Aphrodite walked up to her son. "Mother."

He said with a hint of fear.
