*Winter's pov*
The moment I opened my eyes I checked my phone, half hoping that Isaac had texted me. He didn't. I got up and saw the sun shining through the window onto the floor of shag carpet. I opened the window to get in some light, nearly blinding myself by the brightness. I went into the bathroom and brushed my hair and teeth. I would put a little makeup on, but I don't own any. I vowed since I was younger that I wouldn't get obsessed with makeup, so it's best to keep my distance. I opened my closet door and thought, What should I wear? I pulled out ripped jeans and a black and burgundy hoodie. Then I looked around my room and found my converse and my sunglasses. I went downstairs and looked in the kitchen, I'm not very hungry, I'll just skip breakfast. I grabbed my skateboard on my way out the door. I ran outside and immediately dropped my skateboard on the sidewalk and heard the wheels collide with the pavement. I placed my foot on my skateboard and pushed with the other. The warm air blew through my hair and against my face, another perfect day. After a few short minutes I arrived at the high school. I picked up my board and ran inside. I walked in and as I passed through the halls to my first class I saw my boyfriend pass by. He didn't notice it was me. I don't blame him, I was wearing a hoodie that covered part of my face. I went to class and paid attention to my teacher. I started to drift and think about Isaac, but then I snapped out of it and focused back on class.
