So, the family meeting continues. This is Cameron's point of view on the whole thing. Just so you know, Grace is not going to turn into a werewolf or any other mythical creature. Sorry if you wanted that to happen! Also, Grace pretty much knows everything about werewolves, but she's still inexperienced and haven't really interacted with them.

Cameron
A strong feeling of foreboding washed over me as I watched my mum stare coldly at the person opposite her. Her mouth was set in a tight white line and she had her arms crossed in front of her chest. Everybody stopped and stared at the showdown that was happening between the two women.
"Dara." my aunt addressed without any emotion in her voice. She stood outside the door, their stances mirroring each other. Technically, I wasn't related to her by blood. She was my uncle's wife, from my dad's side.
"Rachel." my mum replied with an equally flat tone. She really hated her. They had never got along well together, and at one family dinner, it all came apart. One sharp comment led to another, and before I knew it, they were worst enemies.
Mum stiffly stood aside as Aunt Rachel strode through the door and into the house with her head held high. My mother followed, muttering under her breath about how she acted as if she owned the place already.
Automatically, my gaze turned to pinpoint wherever Grace was. It was like I was magnetised to her, and our bond had only gotten stronger. Both me and my wolf were overjoyed that she had finally decided to trust us, but we didn't want to force her into anything. I was simply going to be her friend.
For now.
I heard her before I saw her. "Lukie!" she squealed happily, her face lit up in joy. She threw her arms around the boy standing at the door, fully embracing him. I immediately stiffened while my wolf growled, not liking his mate being so affectionate with anybody else.
I disliked what she was doing even more when I saw who it was. Lucas. My cousin. Who just happened to be Aunt Rachel's son. I wondered if all generations were destined to hate each other and become worst enemies, or if it was just my and my mum.
Luke was the same age as me, and at first I thought we would hit off really well together. He enjoyed that same things I did and I was really looking forward to meeting him. Being an innocent 5 year old, I didn't think that some people wouldn't like me. When we first met, he completely ignored me. After finally being fed up with my attempts to make friends he said, "I find people who talk really annoying."
That wouldn't be so major now, but I was really angry when he said that to me. So from then on, we avoided communicating with each other. But how on Earth did she know him?
I coughed loudly, letting them know that somebody was there as well. Grace turned around, but kept her arms still locked around his neck, which bothered me. A lot.
"Oh! I forgot to introduce you to each other!" she said, she face shining in delight. "Cameron, this is Luke, my best friend. Luke, this is Cameron, my ..." she trailed off, not sure about what to say. So Grace's best friend just happened to be my nemesis cousin!
"I'm her boyfriend." I supplied. Grace stared at me with confusion, surprised by my comment. I silently exchanged a look filled with hostility with Luke.
