As Time Went By.

Layla's POV~~~~~~~

(((( This is summarizing 4 months of time in the story))))))

 After that day Michael and i were inseparable. When ever we had free time,we were together. Everyone saw that we were falling madly in love. I loved everything about him, he's so kind,loving,caring, funny, and handsome. I couldn't ask for more.

He loved kids too, him and i love spending time with the village children. Paul,Annie,Michael and i were best friends too, Annie and Paul also were madly in love. I love seeing everyone so happy and at peace.

Michael and i had our own little love story. Like how in the movie where the guy chases the girl,catches her,picks her up spins her around, let her slide down his body and then passionately kisses her. Yeah, that was us. Michael & i also took a lot of pictures. My & Michaels parents sent us Polaroid camera to take take pictures with and we were always taking pictures of each other. 

Michael understood me and loves me for me and i feel the same to him. Hes my everything. This might sound weird but i know Michael is the one for me. I can picture our future together. He didnt want me for "one thing" too, i told him i was a virgin and he told he wasnt going to force me to do anything i didnt want to do. But one saturday night, things got a little hot and we made love. It was the best night of my life, that was the night i new i wanted to marry him one day.

Who knew someone can fall that deeply in love in 4 months?

Present day.

Its a Thursday afternoon, it was like every other day. Working. Annie and i were cleaning some tables when there was an announcement over the speakers " We need all men to report to the dinning hall immediately,We need all men to report to the dinning hall immediately."  Annie and i gave each other a confused look. " I wander whats going on?" I said. " Me too,it doesnt sound good though." She replied.

As we saw all the men walk to where they were told to go, Michael quickly came into the tent and gave me a kiss. 

" Hey whats going on?" I asked him.

" I have no clue,honestly." he replied to me.

" Well i hope everything is okay"

" I sure everything is,but i gotta go okay?  I love you." He said giving me a passionate kiss.

" I love you too" i said all smiley. Those 3 words will never get old.

Its been an hour and the guys were still in that meeting. It was seriously worrying me. They finally dismissed them. Annie and i watched all the men walk by, something WAS worry. I stood there waiting for Michael to walk by, i finally saw him and i called his name out.

" Michael!" I ran towards him.

" what?" he coldly said...he wouldnt even look at me.

"Whats going on baby, i can tell there's something wrong." I said trying to get him to make eye contact with me

".....were being relocated..." he said lowly,finally looking at me.

" We all are?" I questioned

" No....Just the men..."

" wait what?No! you cant!" I said to him

" im sorry....I don't have a choice." He told me

" But why?when?where?" i asked. i could feel my heart sinking.

" Because the troops farther west are having trouble and are losing a lot of mean. and were leaving Monday morning." He said with sadness in this voice.

" No! your not going up there! Their basically sending you up there to die Michael!" I yelled

" I dont have a choice i have too!" he yelled back.

tears were running down my face, Michael came closer to me grabbed my face and wiped my tears away.

" Look. im sorry, but i have to. trust me, if could find a way to stay here with you i would. I love you with all my heart Layla, i promise ill be fine and ill come back for you. I only have a few days left here with you. Lets make the most out of them" he said while he held me.

" Okay" I said quietly.

" Alright. well i gotta go back to work. Ill see you tonight,Okay?" He said lifting up my chin,looking me in the eye.

" Okay."

" I love you." he said then kissing me.

" I love you too."
