[A/N]: Look at the 2nd Oneshot I ever posted.
Delirious POV
I drove to (Y/N)'s house, not caring if I ran stop signs or red lights. I parked in front of her house and got out, walking over her lawn to her front door where I rang the doorbell. I heard footsteps slowly come down stairs, and then locks being turned as she opened the door.
"Hey Del," she hugged me, I blushed a bit but why should I have to? She already knows I like her.
"You can call me Jonathan or Jon. Whichever is fine by you." I smiled as she pulled away. She grabbed my hand and led me into her home, I shut the door behind us.
"Welcome to my humble abode. Hope you don't mind, I kinda forgot to clean up the living room before you got here." She said as I explored a bit,
"It's fine, I'm not that tidy either." I laughed, she giggled a bit.
3rd Person POV
They stood in silence for a while, not that it was awkward, it was actually understandable. Delirious had already confessed his feelings through a game and (Y/N) was suspecting this would happen so she had an idea.
"Wanna play Left 4 Dead 2? It's one of my new games." She asked, he nodded and together they went upstairs. She handed him a controller as she grabbed herself one. They started up the game and after and hour and a half, they were almost at the end of the final level. "Well how about that? You're not so bad at Nick." She smiled.
"You're not so bad at Rochelle. Considering she is a girl." (Y/N) scoffed at that, now he just started a gender war.
"What's so bad about being a girl?" She laughed. "We carry your fucking children! Without us, you'd be extinct."
"Well, men are tough, they know how to handle things better. And not cry over their hair being ruined."
"At least girls aren't chickens to show their affection for someone."
"At least men have guts to be extreme."
"You know what?" She said, he smirked. "We're not doing this. Both genders are equal in a way." She smiled.
"Agreed. Have you ever noticed something?" She hummed in a 'What' way. "Nick said he'd leave Coach and the others yet here is, he stayed."
"And? What's your point?"
"He's like me." He said. "I wasn't originally going to stay with the crew, I was gonna play solo but now that I think about it, something must of made him stick around."
She laughed, "I think it was Rochelle. She is the only girl here after all." She paused for a moment. "But, what made you stay?" She looked up at him, he smirked, dropping his controller and getting up, her too. He moved closer to her as she backed up, and into a wall. He leaned in, closer to her ear.
"You." He whispered. She gulped and blushed. "You were the only girl on that group that made me want to get to know you more. You were my reason to stay." She shifted a bit as he pulled his head away and looked into her eyes.
"You have nice eyes." She nervously laughed, her eyes shifting to his lips and eyes. He noticed and came closer, their lips were inches apart. He placed both hands beside her head and leaned in, closing the annoying gap. She closed her eyes in bliss as their lips molded perfectly together. They pulled apart after a bit and laughed.
"Wow, took you that long to kiss me? Even after I got here?" She punched his shoulder playfully and rolled her eyes.
"What? It's considered rude without saying hello first." She smiled. He grabbed her hand and intertwined their fingers. He kissed her forehead as they both slid down the wall and cuddled, she rested her head on his chest, listening to oh so calm heart beat. He rested his head on hers, though he couldn't here any thoughts so she must of not been thinking. He chuckled at that,
"You know I love you right?"
"I did only 2 and a half hours ago, but yeah." She shifted a bit. "I do."
"Then I'll never let you go." He held her tight as he drifted to sleep. She stayed awake for a bit, listening to his heart slow down until it's at a calm pace, then she slowly closes her eyes and drifts away too.
