You've always been right by
My side
But now I realize every time I succeeded
You had envy in your eyes.
You said you wanted to help me
But your actions completely contradicted that
You said you would help me swim
But you would swim back
When a little wave came
The first sign of trouble came
When u was struggling
To keep my head about the water
And when I got a chance to look at you
You had a smirk so evil
And the envy in your eyes
Turned into a sparkle
You might as well have been holding my head
Underwater
When I made it back to shore
Because I couldn't take it anymore
You told me you were proud of how
Far I've gone
But your eyes so blue seemed
To turn red because you were so fueled with anger
It gives me the message that
You wanted me to drown all along~
