Your words cut through
My once pure flesh
You wouldn't allow me to cry
As you always say
It's only a sign of weaknessWith all the lies you told
Came a knife
Against my throat
If I let someone see through you
The metal would be sliding
Across my neck causing
Me to bleed outToo scared to speak
Every time you looked away
I would weep
But in silence of course
Never would I ever let you catch me
With my guard downYou feed off of fear
So I tried to mask it
I put on a brave face
But the mask must be something
You see through
You were never starving
Only growing strongerNow you're gone
Away from me
Where you belong
But never will I speak against anyone
I always walk around
With a blade
At my throat-{Kye}
