Chapter Five.

The week for the two of them went amazing. It was now Friday and the two were tangled together on the couch watching Lilo and Stitch. 

"Thank you for this week, Lukey," Michael said, turning his head to look at Luke.

Luke shook his head. "It's really no problem, you deserved it after what I did."

Michael turned his attention back to the movie again for a few more minutes until Luke spoke up again.

"Remember what you mentioned on Wednesday?" He asked.

"I probably mentioned a lot of things," Michael giggled.

Luke shook his head, "no, I mean about the baby."

"Oh, right, yeah, of course I want a child," Michael said. "Who doesn't?"

"Right." Luke said. "I think we should."

Michael looked at Luke. "Should what?"

"Have a baby," Luke said. "I've been thinking about it."

Michael giggled. "We can't have a baby."

Luke shook his head and tickled Michael's side, making him squeal.

"I mean adopt, silly!" Luke chuckled.

Michael nodded. "I was hoping we would, eventually, we can talk about it more when we get to that."

"Michael," Luke sighed.

"Whaaat?" Michael whined. "We're watching a movie!"

"I want to have- adopt a baby, now," Luke said.

Michael scrambled for the remote and paused the movie.

"Really?" Michael gasped. "You don't think we need to get married first??"

Luke shook his head and wrapped his arms around Michael. 

"Kitten, I'm so inlove with you, and personally, I don't think we need a piece of paper to add to that, we don't need a piece of paper to start a family, we just need each other and we need our love," Luke whispered, burying his face in Michael's neck.

Michael blushed. "You're right.. I love you, Luke."

Luke smiled into his neck. "Good, because I book an appointment to meet a woman who is pregnant, and willing to give her baby to us."

The appointment was on Wednesday, and now the two boys were in a room, waiting to meet what could be the birth mother of their could be child.

She entered the room soon after and Michael and Luke stood up, shaking her hand.

"I'm Luke, and this is my boyfriend, Michael," Luke said.

That lady smiled and sat down across from them. "I'm Denise, it's nice to meet you two."

The two nodded and sat down.

"So let's just jump into it," Denise said, clasping her hands, "you two aren't married?"

"No, we aren't," Luke said.

"Do you plan on getting married?" She asked.

Luke took Michael's hand and nodded. "Yes, eventually, we just don't think we need a piece of paper to start a family."

Denise nodded. "That's a good thought. Do you two live together?"

"Yes we do," Michael said with a smile.

"Is the place child friendly? Big enough? Can you afford a child?" Denise questioned.

"We have a perfectly sized apartment which does have an extra bedroom. We have another couple living beside us and an elderly couple just down the hall, everyone is very friendly," Luke explained.

"We also have a swimming pool! And there's a park just across the street!" Michael added excitedly.

"It's perfectly priced as well, we can afford it."

Questions went along for just over an hour, the boys and Denise got along extremely well and were laughing a lot by the end.

"I can already tell you two are going to be the perfect family for my baby," Denise said at the end, standing up to shake their hands again.

"Is that a yes?" Luke asked, face lighting up.

"Yes, Luke, I'm choosing you two to adopt this child," Denise said with a smile.

Luke and Michael's faced both lit up and they hugged each other tightly. 

"We're going to be parents.."

OKAY WOO THIS IS SHIT YOU DO NOT DESERVE THIS AFTER SO LONG. But I promise it needs to be here for the story to go on. I'll try and update again soon, to get you guys something better. I'm sorry about taking forever, I know I said i'd update last weekend but I had a panic attack so bad it put me in the hospital and a lot of other stuff happened too and it's just really hard for me to function nevermind update.
