"Why didn't you tell me you had a brother?" Michael asked, getting into bed with Luke.

"I don't like to look at him as a brother, he walked out of our lives and only came back for money," Luke explained.

"I'm sorry," Michael whispered.

Luke kissed Michael's forehead. "It's alright, hopefully he'll be gone soon."

"Goodnight, Lukey," Michael mumbled, cuddling up to Luke.

"Goodnight, Kitten," Luke smiled, holding the boy who he knew he loved and couldn't understand why he hurt.

Luke woke up the next day, Sunday, before Michael. He got out of the bed, confused at the smell of bacon.

"Good morning little brother!" Jack yelled.

Luke rubbed his head. "You know how to cook?"

"All the girls I've been with cooked, I learnt a few tricks," Jack shrugged.

Luke grabbed a cup of coffee and sipped it, glaring at his brother.

"So your phone has been going off all morning, some guy named Calum," Jack said, raising Luke's phone.

"Yeah, he's a friend," Luke shrugged.

"A friend you say? What kind of friend leaves forty-two voicemails and leaves you texts saying he still loves you, he misses your kisses and cuddles, your.. other things and how you should have chose him over Michael," Jack taunted.

Luke grabbed his phone. "Fuck off!"

"You're cheating, aren't you?" Jack yelled.

"Shh! He'll hear you!" Luke shushed.

"So you are?" Jack laughed.

"No! I made a mistake, but we're done, I love Michael!" Luke yelled.

Michael walked out of the bedroom and rubbed his eyes adorably.

"What's all that yelling?" He yawned.

"Nothing, Kitten," Luke said, walking past Jack and whispering I'll kick you out.

Michael looked up at the taller boy and yawned. Luke leaned down and kissed him softly.

"Go get ready, Kitten, we're meeting Denise for coffee," Luke said, spinning Michael around and pushing him towards the bathroom.

Michael ran off.

"Who's Denise?" Jack asked.

"The birth mother of our baby," Luke said, "now I'm serious, don't tell him."

"Why? You two are dating, you should be honest with each other," Jack smirked.

"I've hurt him enough, and we're done, I swear I'll physically kick you out if you tell him," Luke threatened.

Jack put his hands up in defense. "Fine, I won't."

The three sat down at a small table, Luke and Michael with coffee's and Denise with caffeine free tea.

"So how's the pregnancy going?" Luke asked.

"Your baby is growing so fast, it's hard to believe it's already been five months," Denise smiled at her belly.

"How are you feeling?" Michael asked, taking Luke's hand.

"My feet are sore and I'm having trouble sleeping but other than that, I'm great!" Denise smiled.

"That's good," Luke nodded.

"How are things at home? How's the nursery coming along?" Denise asked.

"We've had some.. Issues, but we've cleared them up. We just started looking at colours to paint the room," Luke explained.

"We were thinking of yellow!" Michael added.

Denise smiled. "Yellow seems perfect."

The two got home after a couple of hours, filled with excitement about their baby. Their smiles left their faces when they walked in the door.

The house was a mess, there were beer bottles everywhere and Jack was in the living room making out with three girls at the same time.

"What the hell, Jack?! We leave for a few hours and you trashed the place!" Luke yelled.

Michael held onto Luke's arm, frightened. Jack pulled away from the girls to look at Luke.

"What a buzzkill man," Jack slurred, making Michael tighten his grip on Luke.

"It's been two days and you've treated us like nothing but shit! I want you out!" Luke screamed.

Jack laughed and got up. "Out? You're kicking me out?"

"Yes." Luke spat.

Jack's eyes fell on Michael, making him shudder.

"Fair enough," Jack said, walking towards Michael. "Little guy, you know what your loverboy has been doing lately?"

"Jack.." Luke warned, Michael whimpered.

"He's been cheating on you," Jack laughed.

"W-what? No he hasn't," Michael whimpered.

Jack laughed again. "Now, what good would I get out of lying to you?"

"H-he's not," Michael looked up at Luke.

"Really? Feel free to check his phone," Jack smirked.

Michael shyly walked over to Luke's phone that was on the kitchen table. He picked it up slowly and unlocked it, knowing the password. He flipped for a few things before he turned around and looked up at Luke. This had to be a joke, right?

When Michael saw Luke's face, he knew it wasn't. He felt sick and dropped the phone, the shattering sound hurting his ears, but not as much as Luke hurt his heart.
