*Drew's Pov*

"Here's $100, only pick out things you need." My mom strictly says as she hands me the $100 bills.

"Alright I'll be back in an hour." I give her a quick hug and head out to my truck. I decided I should get some supplies for my trip to the UK.

It only took my about 20 minutes until I made it to the store. I knew what all I needed so it didn't take long until my basket was full.

"Let's see if I got everything. Shower stuff, check." I started naming off the things I had grabbed. I managed to find everything I needed.

As I was walking to the check out, I realized that I had actually forgot something. "How could I forget the one thing I came for." I think to myself.

It took me a few minutes before I found where the jewelry was at. A woman was working at the counter. I started to walk around the counter. I didn't find what I was looking for until something caught my eye.

"Excuse me, how much is that ring?" I point to the ring with the light pink gem."

"$250.00 would you like me to get it out so you could look at it?" The lady asked. I nod. She reaches under and grabbed out a dark blue box. She opens it and reveals the ring.

It was beautiful ring an I knew that it was the one I wanted for Anna.

"I'll take it." I grab out some money that I had saved up since the beginning of the year.

"Long time girlfriend?" The lady asks smiling.

"Yea, we've been together for a while." I smile back.

"Well she is one lucky girl. Good luck." She hands me the bag. I thank her and finish getting my other things.

*Anna's pov*

It's about 9:30 at night and I'm sitting on the rooftop watching the stars. The wind pushes my hair and hits my face.

"Anna you should come down." My mom calls from the stairs.

"No thanks, it's nice out." I say.

"Look Anna I know things have been hard a I heard about schoo-"

"I don't want to talk about it. Can I just be alone," she gives me a sympathetic look."Please." I whisper almost at the verge of tears. I could feel one roll down my cheek.

"You have a letter." She places the letter on the stairs and heads back inside. I quickly grab the letter. As I read it, less tears fell and the more I smiled.
Please get here soon Drew.
