"Get up! It's 12 in the afternoon!" A voice spoke loudly. I rubbed my eyes with my hands and stretched. I looked to the side and it was Storm standing in beside my bed.

"Do I have to?" I groaned and plopped my head back on the pillow.

"Fine, starve." He rolled his eyes and started walking to the door.

"Huh?" I groaned. He doesn't seem like an afternoon person, well he doesn't seem like a person at all.

He turned back around "Are you gonna eat or starve until dinner?"

I nod my head and put my hair behind my ears. "I'm coming." I stood up and followed him downstairs.

"Where's Christina?" I asked as we were walking down the stairs.

"She has a meeting to attend." He kept on walking and didn't turn around to see if I was following.

"Good Afternoon, Bart." I greeted the man standing in a suit beside the kitchen stove.

"Good Morning Katherine." The butler bowed down and I gave him a smile in return.

"Good Morning, Mr.Stratford." The man then turned towards Storm and bowed.

"Sup." Storm cocked his head towards Bart's direction.

I sat on the stool on the kitchen island. Storm slid a plate of food across the table. I was confused at first, He cooks? His mom probably cooked it before she went or maybe even Bart.
I raised my eyebrow and he noticed my facial expression.

"What?" He groaned.

I titled my head and asked "Did you cook this?" I pointed at the plate in front of me.

"Yea, and?" He looked irritated, I got under his skin and I enjoyed it.

"I didn't know you can cook." I replied, a slight twitch on my mouth appeared.

"Yea we all have secrets, but you can't keep yours hidden." He looked up from his food that he was munching on.

I was confused, what secret? I do keep my secrets hidden. Is he crazy? He doesn't even know me and he's telling me I can't keep secrets. My mind drifted on what secret I could've possible blurted out by accident.

"Pst." I heard Storm hiss. He pointed to me and then tapped his neck.

Oh god, the hickey's. They're visible oh god. How many bruises will this guy give me?

"Oh shit." I tried hiding my neck by bringing my arms up to my neck. I looked at Bart and he was standing still, listening to our conversation

"He won't say anything." Storm pointed his fork at Bart's direction.

"Is it that visible?" I groaned and shoved the pasta in my mouth.

"No. No!" He said with a high pitched voice.

"Oh god." I sighed, I knew it was visible.

I stuffed one last piece in my mouth before running back upstairs to my room.

I slammed my door open and ran to the mirror on top on the vanity. I saw the purple/ reddish marks on my neck. I touch them and they didn't hurt. They were simply marks.
