It's been exactly 3 days since Storm and I've gone public, I guess you can say. We haven't really talked much since then, we would exchange casual smiles and hello when we see each other around the house. He cooked me dinner every night but didn't stay to eat with me, he'd go out of the house immediately after cooking.

I've been asked multiple times, everyday if Storm and I were dating and my usual response is "Yea, we are." followed by a forced smile at the end. I got a lot of glares and whispers from people whenever I was near them, I imagine they were gossiping about the nerd and the bad boy.

I wouldn't even consider myself a nerd, I didn't have braces or glasses, I had a couple of best friends, Jared and Lexi, I could start conversations with strangers, I wasn't too socially awkward. I did love school, I'm in all the clubs I'm passionate about, I handed in all my homework and projects on time but I don't think that makes anyone a nerd.

Jared, Lexi and I were sitting in the cafeteria eating our lunches."I think I'm coming down with a cold" Jared coughed into his arm. He looked a bit pale and he wasn't as energetic as he always is.

"Ew, don't infect my food." Lexi scowled as she pulled her tray away from the ill boy. "I have cheer practice this afternoon and they're about announce the captain. I can't be captain and look like a dying whale." Lexi held her hand up to Jared's face.

Jared coughed again and looked up at Lexi and I "Drive me home?"

I shook my head and said "I left my license at home."

"I'll drive you, but at least finish your lunch first." Lexi offered.

I jumped up a little as I heard something bang on the table. I looked to my side and there was a brown lunch paper bag beside me. I looked up to see a boy with the eye of a lion, and tousled dark hair. Storm. "What's this?" I pointed to the bag.

He took a seat beside me and leaned back, "Lunch, bon appetite." He ended with a grin.

"I'm not hungry" I pushed the bag back to his direction.

I looked to Jared and Lexi who was simply staring at us with a blank face. I sighed and crossed my arm to indicate I was getting a smidge irritated. "Storm." Lexi cooed.

Storm leaned closer to Lexi and whispered, "Sweet cheeks."

"Your girlfriend is sitting right there." Jared interrupted and pointed to my direction.

I rolled my eyes and leaned in closer to the table, "Fake. Girlfriend. Jared, fake." I implied.

"You told them?" Storm shot me a worried look. He didn't say I couldn't tell my closest friends. They wont blurt it out to anyone, Lexi might but it's highly unlikely.

"They figured it out!" I widened my eyes and lightly scolded.

"Whatever." Storm rolled his eyes and leaned back on his chair, crossing his arms.

Jared started coughing uncontrollably in his arm and we all stared at the ill boy in discomfort.

"Maybe you shouldn't be at school right now." Storm raised his eyebrow at the sight of the sick boy.

"Why do you care?" Jared snarled at Storm's comment, Storm rolled his eye at Jared's reply. They weren't getting along but it didn't really matter, they only have to deal with each other for a couple weeks.

Lexi held out her hand and helped Jared from his seat, "Come on, I'll drive you." She put Jared's arm around her shoulders and walked him out.

I stared at Storm and sighed, "Sweet cheeks? Really?" I scrunched my eyebrows at him.
