"Storm will drive you sweetheart." I looked up from my cereal as Christina spoke.
I swallowed the last bits I had in my mouth "I can walk. It's fine" I nodded and gave her an assuring smile.
Christina titled her head and looked at me with sympathy, "I know honey, but you've been walking for the past week and with your figure, you don't need anymore exercise."
I laughed at her comment, "Christina, seriously. I'm fine." I nodded my head as tried convincing her.
I looked back as I heard footsteps coming towards us. Storm went straight for the fridge without making any eye contact with either of us. "Perfect, he's here!" Christina exclaimed.
Storm closed the fridge as he held a monster energy drink in his hand. "What?" he looked at Christina and I.
"You're driving Katherine to school." Christina said with excitement.
Storm raised his eyebrow and walked closer to us, "I can't, I have something to do before I go to school." He shook his head.
Christina shot him a look, "Then take her with you."
I decided to cut in, I didn't want them to start bickering this early in the morning. "Christina it's fine. Seriously, I can walk."
"No hun, it's fine. He'll drive you." Christina said in amusement.
Storm glared at Christina then pointed his finger at me, "I'm not waiting for you, hurry up." he hissed.
I shook my head and continued eating my food.
After I was done I got my bag and headed for the door.I decided to walk even though Christina forced Storm to drive me. I didn't wanna start another argument between him and I.
My hair was flailing in my face and was starting to annoy me, I stopped for a bit and pulled my hair into a ponytail. I picked up my bag from the floor and before I could take a step a honk caused me to jump.
I immediately knew who it was, Storm. The car gave it all away. "Get in!" he said harshly.
I gave him a rude glare and said, "I can walk." I started walking away but he slowly followed behind.
"Get inside or I'll hit you with my car." He said angrily al tough I could tell he was joking. I rolled my eyes and got inside the car.
"I hate you." I sighed and looked away not trying to make eye contact.
"Shut up, you love me." He drove away. Silence filled the car as we drove to school.
He stopped in the middle of an intersection, it looked pretty calm and not a lot of people were walking by. He unlocked the door and said "Don't get out of the car." He stared at me straight.
"Where are you going?" I scrunched my eyebrow at his demand.
He bit his lip and looked around, "I'll be back but you cannot get out of the car." He growled.
I nodded in confusion, "Okay?" I said in a form of a question.
He got out of the car and was standing on the side walk, he looked around trying to look for someone.
A guy in a grey hoodie approached him, their backs were facing me so I couldn't see what they were saying. It looks like the guy in the grey hoodie handed Storm something and Storm did the same. They nodded at each other before walking away.
