Searching

I woke up to the smell of coffee and bourbon which made my lips curl into a small smile. I opened my eyes to see Damon looking at me from the other end of the couch. I sat up and took the coffee he was offering me. When I took a drink of the usually bitter liquid I realized Damon added a bit of sugar.
"Morning Sleepy Head" Damon greeted me.
"Good morning to you too"
"So what's on the agenda for today?"
"First, how do you feel?"
"Fresh as a daisy, perfectly healed up"
"Good, now second, we need to find Stefan."

His emotions immediately changed at the mention of his brother. His jaw hardened as he looked down to the floor before finally looking back up at me.

"Do you have any idea where Klaus might have taken him or why?" He asked.
"No but we can try and do a locator spell, if Bonnie will help."
"I'll go over to witchy's house and see if she'll do it."
"I'm going with you"
"Okay well hurry up and get dressed"

     With that I ran upstairs into Stefan's room and put on a purple shirt and skinny jeans. I ran into the bathroom and threw my hair up into a bun and brushed my teeth. After I was finished in the bathroom I ran downstairs and grabbed my leather jacket by the door.

"Damon are you ready to go?" I yelled.
He appeared right in front of me. I jumped and slapped him on the shoulder. All he did was smirk.
"Damon! Seriously are you ever going to stop doing that?"
"Nope." He said popping the 'p'.
He walked past me and out the door.
I just groaned and reluctantly followed him.  We didn't talk much in the car, just our usual banter.

    Damon knocked hard on Bonnie's door. After a minute she came and opened it.

"What's up? Is something wrong?" She asked.
"We need your help Bonnie" I said
"With what?"
"Finding Stefan. Klaus took him in exchange for his blood to cure Damon."
"What does he want with Stefan?"
Damon decided to answer this question.
"We don't know Bon Bon"
"Okay come inside" she said with a nod of her head.

We followed her into her living room where we sat on the couch while she grabbed a grimoire. She flipped the pages and eventually set it on the coffee table.
"I need 3 of stefans belonging or some of Damon's blood."
I looked over at Damon and I saw the veins under his eyes appear. He but his hand and I saw the blood start to pour out onto the table. Bonnie placed a map under his bleeding hand. A few drops of blood fell and Bonnie started to chant. After about a minute of chanting the blood started to flow towards Georgia.
"There they are" Bonnie said.
"Thank you so much" I said as I hugged her.
"You're welcome call me if you need anything else"
"We will, see you whenever we get back"
"Get back? Where are you going?" She asked.
"With Damon, there is no way he's going alone. I can't just sit at home and do nothing while Stefan is out there loosing his mind and Damon could get hurt." I explained to her.
"Okay but be careful" she warned and leaned into hug me again.

Damon thanked her and we walked out to his car and got in.

"There is no way you're going with me. Klaus will kill you if he sees you."
"Damon listen to me, yesterday I almost lost you. I can't let you go and risk yourself. So please Damon let me go with you."
"Fine Elena but we have to do this my way."
I hesitated for a minute before agreeing because I wasn't sure I was going to like his way.
"Let me go get some stuff from my house and you can pick me up at five p.m."
He nodded and we drove off towards my house.
