I edited it by just overlaying two pictures together. The simple stuff.

I laid the rough picnic blanket on the fresh, green grass. Beside it was a basket, covered in a white cloth. We - Ezra, Liv, Haley, Monica, Jasper and I - are planning a surprise get together for Axel, celebrating him finally getting out of the hospital.

I was really excited to finally see him again, but to be honest with myself, I was anxious. The other day, Jasper carried me bridal style after chasing me through an empty shopping centre. It's like I'm stringing these two boys along and I know it's wrong.

I'll have to chose one of them, leaving the other miserable. Just the thought of that made my stomach twist.

I finally got the blanket laid out perfect without any crinkles and I just stood there, soaking in the sun that peaked past the large trees. At least this cleared my thoughts, just nature and I.

"Having a picnic, are you?" An unfamiliar, feminine voice said from behind me. I turned around. She startled me. I saw a girl who looked about my age was standing there, her hands in the back pockets of her denim jeans. She had ombré hair that just fell past her shoulders and was wearing a black and white shirt. She had clear skin apart from the freckles scattered on her cheeks. Her cheeks were rosy and her eyes were a mixture of blue, green and grey. Her plump lips had rosy lipstick covering them and her eyelashes were coated with black mascara. She smiled at me. "Are there anyone coming or is it just you today, enjoying the warmth of the sun while you can."

I blinked at her and shrugged. I then sat on the blanket and took the cloth off of the basket. I was placing the food into the blanket until somebody sat next to me. I stared at the girl as she started to help. "I'd like to enjoy the warmth, too." She said softly and I wondered why she was sitting next to me. "And you didn't answer my question." She looked up at me, and expectant expression on her face.

I shrug again and she looked away and up at the sky. "There's not a cloud in the sky, huh." She looked up in fascination before looking back at me. "I'm Kara, by the way."

I didn't know what to do. Should I talk to her although it kills me and my throat. Or should I just politely smile at her and not reply to anything that she says. I mean, she is a total stranger so it wouldn't really matter, would it?

I smile at her before looking away. "And her name is Mouse." I look around to see Jasper approach, holding his own basket. He was wearing a beige knitted jumper and light blue denim skinny jeans. Dark brown leather boots covered his feet and a watch hung on his wrist. His hair didn't look brushed, as if he just rolled out of bed and chucked on some clothes. It made him look sexy.

Stop it.

"Well, we don't actually know her name and since she doesn't really talk at all, we call her Mouse." He sits next to me. So close that it was almost uncomfortable. "And hello, Kara."

Kara smiled at the both of us. "Are you two a couple?"

I shook my head quickly and pushed him away before pointing a finger into my mouth. "Hey! I'm not that bad!" Jasper playfully hits me and I hit him back. I couldn't help but have a goofy smile on my face.
