After about ten minutes of courage gathering Rebecca picked up the phone and called Felix.
"Babe it's like 12:30. What's wrong?" Felix asked sleepily
" Ok,you're not going to believe me but...". Then Rebecca told him everything (except for the conversation within her head. "That can stay private" she thought).
There was an agonizing silence as Rebecca waited for a response.
"So you're saying your leaving to a magical dimension far away and you're wondering if I want to come with you."
"Basically yes" Rebecca said in the tone somewhere between ripping off a band aid and cringing. Felix knew Rebecca wouldn't make this up unless she had to much to drink,her speech wasn't slurred and her voice was sincere.
"This must be a test.." Thought Felix.
"What kind of question is that? Of course I'm coming" he said.
"You are!?!" Rebecca exclaimed
"Yes I am."
"What about Carol and Kate and the theater?"
"They'll live,sure I'll miss em but I'll have you."
"Are you sure you want to do this? You don't have to I was asking because I know I'd want you ask me..."
"I'm coming that's final" Felix said in a sleepy but stern voice
"I love you. You know that?"
"I know I love you too..."
"I guess we'd better prepare then huh?"
"In the morning,when the sun is out,and Starbucks is open."
Rebecca laughed and said "I agree. I love you."
"I love you too"
"Goodnight.."
"Night"
Felix hung up the phone,and Rebecca was again alone in bed.
"Was that so hard?" The voice asked.
