After Rebecca was done with school the next day. Felix got the brilliant idea to take Rebecca out to the lake for a date. So he started to pack a picnic and left a note on Rebecca's bed telling her to meet him at the lake and to bring a swimsuit. He took a horse from the stable and headed over to the forest behind the castle where the lake was.
He sat up a blanket neatly by the lake and got everything ready.
Rebecca came at 5:00 and the sunset was shining it's brilliant colors over the lake,reflecting it like a mirror. The lake looked as if it was on fire
Rebecca came to the blanket and sat down next to him.
"A picnic by the lake. Isn't that a bit clique?" Rebecca jokingly accused him.
"The classics are the best" Felix replied offhandedly.
"Mhm" Rebecca leaned over and kissed him.
"I brought chocolate covered pomegranates" he pulled out a bag from the basket.
"That is why I love you" Rebecca said grabbing the bag and then ate a mouthful
"Aww I thought it was my good looks." Felix said in a mock hurt tone
"Well that too." Rebecca said leaning over to kiss him again.
After they ate, Felix held Rebecca in his arms awhile. And then said
"Cmon lets go swimming." He said pushing her off playfully
"Felix I am going to get you for that!" Rebecca replied in a playful manner
They stripped to the swimsuits they were wearing underneath their clothes and jumped into the lake,where Rebecca proceeded to splash him.
"Hey!" Felix shouted
"I told you I'd get you back!" Rebecca smiled
"This means war!" He swam towards her.
They splashed and played in the water for at least an hour. They were about to kiss goodnight when....
"Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww how cute!". It was Daku who had a big cat grin all over her face.
"How'd you find us?" Asked Rebecca
"You are a princess when you leave people tend to notice" Daku grinned, "well it's not quite a tree but I did catch you k i s s i n g" she taunted
"You are childish" Rebecca said tartly
"I try" Daku said smiling. The cat grin suddenly shrank and she said,
"You're maid,chambermaids and your mom are freaking out. Your mom sent me to get you home. Cmon dry off and get dressed you two lovebirds."
"Is she always like this?" Felix asked
"I don't know Felix I've known her as long as you have" Rebecca answered
"You've known me longer by 24 hours now hurry up" Daku shouted
"See what I have to deal with?" Rebecca said in mock exasperation
"Yeah yeah just hurry it up" Daku replied playfully.
