When Moss opened his eyes, he had literally completely forgotten about where he spent the night. Thinking he was in his own bed, wrapped in silk sheets, clutching his pillow, and yawned and began to crack his tired eyes open. Once he did and saw surroundings unlike the ones he was used to, he remembered. And then he looked down to see that his arms were wrapped around one of Finny's thighs as if it were a body pillow. Not only that, but his head had been resting centimeters from Finny's crotch for likely the whole night. He began to breathe heavily and looked up, praying that Finny was still asleep. Thankfully he was, and Moss started an attempt to unhook his arms from around the slim thigh. But he was interrupted in one of the worst ways possible.

Suddenly, Finny's bedroom door swung open and hit the wall, which made a terribly loud sound. Moss screeched and flailed himself off the bed, forcing him to hit the ground rather hard. He groaned and looked over to see who exactly scared him so early in the morning to see a woman he presumed was Ms. Trancy. She was a taller woman with hair as blonde as her son's. She was just as Skinny as Phineas, too, and she was dressed in an outfit that was likely for work. Moss felt sick about meeting his mom in such an uncomfortable way, and struggled to find any words.

"Did you spend the night here?" The woman asked blandly, almost as if she really didn't care about the answer; she more or less needed to know, on the off chance that Moss just so happened to be a serial killer or something.

"Yes, I hope that's okay— I—"

"Can you wake him up please?" She asked with a sigh as she leaned on the door frame with arms crossed. She looked impatient. Moss was confused and scrunched his forehead, but didn't want to upset her. So, he stood up again, his jeans feeling wrinkled and uncomfortable, and began calling out Finny's name. "Phineas," he whispered, poking the boy's arm. Finny didn't budge. Moss took it up a notch and grabbed his shoulders, squeezing tight and shaking him lightly. "Phineas, wake up, dude. Phineas, Phineas."

Out of no where, Finny began mumbling something, so Moss decided to shake him significantly harder. But of course, this only caused Finny to lose his fucking mind and go berserk on Moss, putting him in a choke hold and practically wrestling him on the bed, despite the fact that he was still half asleep. "Phineas, let— let go of me, Jesus!" Moss screamed, fighting the groggy boy back, but ultimately ending up pinned to the bed with his arms above him. Fuck, he wasn't lying about being strong.

Finny was breathing heavily as he sat down on Moss's lower half and released his wrists. Moss immediately fought to get him off, but Finny was preoccupied with rubbing his eyes intensely. "Well, that was quite a show."

"Mom," Finny groaned, rubbing his eyes even harder, "what do you need?"

"I need you and your friend to get up and get your asses to school," she said sternly, "and I need your laptop for the day." Finny rolled his eyes and basically fell off of Moss, but landed on his feet. He walked towards where his laptop was charging and grabbed it, leaving Moss uncomfortably sitting on the bed.

"I was gonna bring this to school today," Finny groaned, "don't you have one at work? You know, like a work computer?"

"Don't you have laptops at school? You know, like school laptops?" His mom replied with a smirk. "Seriously, Finn, you know I don't care that you had a sleepover, but hustle it up and get to school. You're going to be late again and I'm going to get another call about it."

"Yeah, I will," Finny replied, unenthusiastic. With that, his mom began to leave, but Moss couldn't let her leave in such a way.

"Ms. Trancy?" He called, hoping she'd stop. She did, and looked over her shoulder at Moss, who evidently was walking towards her. "I'm Teddy Mosspack. I'm friends with Phineas." He stuck his hand out in hopes that she'd react. Thankfully, she did, and gave Moss a firm handshake with a slight smile on her face.
