You stood in the mirror at your house in West Hollywood. You were putting the finishing touches on you lipstick, putting a nice, red colour over them. You stepped back in the mirror, glancing over your appearance you grinned. It would be the first time in months you were getting to see your boyfriend- Nikki. You two had been together practically since he moved to California, eight or so years ago. And you were excited to be getting to see him again, this tour he was on had been too long. The two of you had spoken over the phone as often as possible. But you both knew how much you missed each other, even though he had quite a reputation, you really knew he loved you dearly. And you loved him as well. You walked into the bedroom grabbing your purse off the bed, ready to leave. Nikki had gotten a chauffeur to come pick you up, after locking up the house, you went and got in the limo. Your nerves were acting up, you couldn't wait to see Nikki. Thankfully, It didn't take too long to get to the Civic Auditorium considering L.A. traffic. It was so amazing to see all of Motley's fans walking around the venue, there were so many people. You felt so proud to be a part of it all, lots of people were staring at your limo as you drove around back to were all the buses were, some yelling thinking you were part of the band or something. The driver stopped just a few feet from the backstage door, before getting out and opening the limo door for you, giving you somewhat of a grand entrance. You heard some chatter inside and you instantly recognized them as the loud voices of Vince and Tommy. You couldn't wait to see everybody so you quickly walked inside the door, you could tell Nikki put all the boys up to standing there and waiting on you, since all four of them were standing there hanging out. "MACKENZIE!" Tommy yelled seeing you first, he held his drink up, the other three turned their heads to look at you. Nikki smiled wide and quickly walked over to you, embracing you in his arms. You threw your arms around him as well, feeling so happy to have him near. You felt yourself get teary eyed, as you inhaled Nikki's cologne and felt his warm skin against yours. He pulled back a few inches to look at you, Nikki put his hand under your chin pulling your mouth to his. He ran his hands down your sides, giving you cold chills as he held you. After what felt like a few dreamy seconds you both pulled back. Nikki's nose was a little red, and his eyes looked a little bloodshot- he looked like he was on the verge of tears. You both were so happy to see one another. "I've missed you so, so much, Mackenzie." Nikki said, grabbing your hand in his. "I know, I've missed you too. I'm so happy to see you!" You leaned up placing a kiss on his cheek. "Okay, lovebirds. Aren't you going to hug me as well?" Vince asked, holding his arms open. You rolled your eyes and laughed. "Oh, Vince quit giving the girl a hard time." Mick said, taking a swig from his solo cup. "I'm not, Mick." Vince laughed, you walked over to him and threw an arm around him. "I guess, I've missed you too." You giggled, Vince shook his head. "So mean, Nikki- how do you do it. She's so cruel." Vince joked, looking at Nikki. You walked over and gave Tommy a hug, who happily embraced you. "It's good to have our girl back." Tommy stated, letting you go. "Thanks, Tommy. I'm glad to see everyone." You stated, giving Mick a quick embrace, before Nikki pulled you back to his side. "Mackenzie?" Nikki spoke, looking down on you. ''Yeah, babe?" He cleared his throat, exchanging glances with Tommy- who quickly tapped Vince and Mick's shoulders. They nodded and walked out of the area, living you and Nikki alone. You raised your eyebrow skeptically. Your heart dropped fearing he was going to tell you something terrible- like he was leaving you for someone else, or who knows what. "Nikki, babe, what's going on?" You questioned, looking worried. Nikki breathed a deep breath. "Mackenzie, you know how much I love you, right?" He started, looking deep into your eyes. You started to worry at his choice of words. "Yeah?" He grabbed your hands in his. "I have two things to ask you then." Nikki stated, you could feel just how nervous he was. The palms of his hands were hot and tense. "What is it?" You questioned, running your index finger over his, trying to sooth him. He dropped his right arm from yours, bending down on one knee in front of you. "Mackenzie, I know this sounds like a huge decision right now- and it is. But I've thought for a long time about it, and being so far away from you all the time, has made me realise even more how perfect we are when we're together. I wanted to know if you will marry me?" Nikki questioned, showing you a beautiful, shining diamond he held in between his index and thumb. His left hand still gripping yours was shaking lightly, you bit your lower lip, before feeling a few tears fall from your eyes. "Oh, Nikki. Of course I will!" You smiled, he had the biggest smile on his face too. Nikki pulled your left hand to him, slipping the ring onto your ring finger. He stood up, lifting you in the air, and spinning you around, planting a few soft kisses on your neck. "I'm so in love with you, Mackenzie. I hope you know that." He exclaimed, putting you down. "Oh, I do. I hope you know how in love I am with you too." Nikki looked down and grinned. "I have one more thing to ask you?" He said, looking back up. "Yeah, anything?" You smiled, looking at the ring on your finger. "Will you finish tour with me? I know you don't want to leave your friends and family here. But- I've missed you so much, I can't do it without you much longer." You shook your head after hearing him out. "I think I can do that- besides I've missed you too much. I was hoping you'd ask." You said, truthfully. Looking into to his eyes. He smiled wide. "Perfect. I hope you won't get sick of me." You shook your head. "I could never grow tired of you." You spoke, kissing him. He pulled back from the kiss, after a few seconds. You two locked hands and walked to go find the other guys, and get ready for the show, now happily engaged.
