A/N: Hi guys! It's been a while since I last updated! I finished exams, the other parts of school I still needed to go to, I went outside in the heatwave we were having and went on a cruise in the Mediterranean! I only got back on Sunday so I haven't had all that much time to write since summer started. It's like I've just come back from an unannounced hiatus!

So here's Chapter 16 of Famous Last Words! Some of the grammar might be weird since it was written in the middle of the night. (What's new there?) But I hope you enjoy it anyway. I'll try to update more often now before school starts. *Crosses fingers*

As always, let me know what you think. VOTE and COMMENT and maybe FAN if you like the whole story.

Chapter 16 - Enough Is Enough.

In spite of everything that went on yesterday, I walked into school happier than I had been in a while – I’m guessing that my conversation with Frank stuck in my head more than I thought it did. I was at my locker before I knew it and for once absolutely nothing had gone wrong before I got there.

A pair of long arms wrapped me in a bear hug.

“Hi Gee,” I said. I only knew it was him because of the bright red hair that fell in front of my face when he put his head on my shoulder.

“How’d you know it was me?” he asked when I’d turned around.

“You’re the only person I know with hair that bright,” I smiled.

“I forgot about that!” he exclaimed, making me laugh.

“I don…I don’t want...to know...how that’s possible,” I said in between breaths.

“Breathe,” he told me, laughing himself.

It took a few minutes to stop laughing, but we managed eventually.

“Was Frank okay last night when I left?” I asked him.

Frank spent the night at Gerard and Mikey’s house. I didn’t fancy things repeating themselves for the second time in the same night. Both Melanie and Cody were still pretty pissed when I got home. I’m not even sure why I went home at all…

“He was Frank. He was acting the same as always,” Gee answered, bringing me out of my thoughts.

“Tell me he’s okay,” Char popped up out of nowhere, making both me and Gerard jump a mile. “You told me he was last night, but I really just want to make sure…” she trailed off.

“It’s all fine Char,” I said for the millionth time since I told her what went on last night.

I know Char loves Frank and everything, but I’m pretty tired of saying the same thing over and over all night to reassure her. I might cry if I have to say the words ‘he’s fine’ to her one more time!

“Are you sure?” she asked again, “I mean you’ve seen Cody…he’s pretty strong.”

“Char…” I sighed.

“I know, I know. You’ve told me he’s fine tons, but Cody has a lot of hatred for him – for all of us. Are you sure he wasn’t too much for Frank?” Char questioned me.
