Darius' PoV

Laughing. Really, loud, belly laughing. That's what I'm dealing with right now. I just stuttered my way through a confession and they are just laughing at me. "What the fuck guys, don't you believe me. I love him. I'm in love with Ben." Rick slowly calms down but the other two are still at it like hyenas. "Sorry Dar but it was hilarious watching you get all fidgety and stuttering out your words. I have never seen you like that. Now to be serious" he throws the hyenas a look and they shut up in seconds, he really is the head of this household.

"We've known for years that you love him. We also knew this day would come. What we didn't know was that you would be stupid enough to sleep around with the bimbo patrol, didn't you ever consider how he felt. He hated it and I hope for your sake you can fix it. Also why'd you leave it this late, now he has that fucking moron hanging around like a bad smell. You know you have to try come between them and that's going to be hard. Finally we have all discussed this before and let me thank you for waiting until he is over eighteen, we have no problem with the age gap but you better take care of him. We are happy for you to be together but you have your work cut out for you, he's changed and you need to bring back our little brother because your the one who hurt him. Unintentionally of course but you did it nonetheless."

Woah I'm freaked out they knew and never said anything to me "how'd you know, was I that obvious about it?" I ask. "Kind of, when I met you at first I couldn't believe the way Ben behaved toward you but as I watched you interact together it became obvious. The way you tried everything to get him to talk to you, the sorrowful looks each time he told you to leave him alone, the hurt look in your eyes when you found out he was dating the rat. It all made sense, he loves you too you know. Your both victims of time, your age made it impossible to be together but now your free to do as you like." Theo says and it's a relief to hear that I might have a chance, I mean if the boys think he loves me too there must be something there.

Lorcan's phone rings and he picks up. "Oh, I didn't realise-" "HE FUCKING WHAT!" Lorcan cuts me off with a roar. "What's wrong with him, ok, but is.. Ok, ok Tegan we're on the way" Lorcan is frantically answering who we now know is Tegan. He hangs up and says three words that turn my stomach "Bens in hospital" what the fuck. "What! what the fuck happened to him?" I shout before anyone else gets a chance. "I don't know-" Lor starts but I'm not having it "what do you mean you don't know" "Tegan said she'd explain once we got there but she said he's hurt but ok" oh my god he's hurt. "Let's go" Rick says and we follow him to the car.

Once we get to the casualty department I stay back as Rick finds out where he is. The nurse is talking on the phone and she's taking her fucking time about it too, just as i start to lose my temper Tegan comes out looking around, she's most likely looking for us. We rush over to her and immediately start throwing question after question at her. "Woah, hold up let me talk. First he's ok. Now come with me because your not going to like what I tell you so it's better we talk in an empty room" she tells us and now I am only more worried about my little beauty.

We go into a room and she turns to face us "fuck sake Tegan tell us already" Rick is losing his patience like the rest of us. She looks like she's nervous to tell us but she starts talking "he got into a fight. Will turned up to his place drunk. He wanted to sleep with him earlier that day but Ben refused. Will got mad and called him names before throwing him out, later he showed up drunk and threatened to take his virginity so Ben kicked him in the nuts and ran. Will broke down his bedroom door and they fought physically. He has two broken ribs, a broken wrist and a mild concussion from getting his head banged against the leg of the bed. Now, Will is here being treated too but you can't go anywhere near him, the police are dealing with him so please be calm Ben needs your support right now, not a bunch of cavemen trying to beat Will to death" she warns at the end.

Furious is not even close to describing how I feel right now, we knew that little fucker was no good but Ben wouldn't see reason. I'm going to kick his head in if I so much as see him. Fuck him. I can see each one of us are trying to calm down enough to go see him. Rick is red in the face with temper and just as he pulls back his arm to punch the wall his little snow angel catches his fist and whispers calming words in his ear. I hope Ben and I will be like that some day, Theo knows Rick so well he knew the exact moment he was going to lose it. That's real love.

Tegan takes us to his cubicle and his brothers enter first but the minute he sees me he crumbles. His eyes fill with tears and he opens his arms to me as he says "Dar your here" I don't waist a second as I scoop him into my arms and rub his back slowly. I am shocked, he's normally so aggressive toward me but right now it's like he needs me and me only. I will give him anything he needs, anytime, anywhere. So I hold him and tell him I'm here and I'm not leaving him over and over. I realise the others have left and I'm grateful to them, I know they want to be here but they are allowing our relationship to develop.

"I fought back Dar, I didn't let him beat me. But I was so scared, I thought he was going to over power me and beat me senseless. I'm so scared Dar" he confesses through tears. I feel my temper rise but I squash it, he needs me right now, for the first time in four years he's back to the loveable Ben that used to hug me and tell me his fears or worries and I'm not about to let my rage ruin it. "It's ok Ben your safe now. He's being dealt with by the police and I won't let him come near you ever again. Are you in pain love " he looks up at me shocked "love?" He whispers quietly. "Yes love, Ben I love you, I have for years but our ages stopped me from telling you. I know we have lots to discuss but we can do that later. I not letting you go now your mine and I'm yours if you'll have me. Now answer me, are you in pain?" I don't care that we are in a stupid hospital cubicle he needs to know where I'm going with this relationship from here on out and I feel confident enough to do this because if he didn't love me he wouldn't have reacted to seeing me the way he did.

He is trying to process what I've said but doesn't get time to respond as his brothers and Tegan re-enter the room. "I'm sorry Darius but I need to see him" Rick apologises but I wave him off. They each gently hug and kiss him and he looks like he needed the attention and love they offer. We hear a commotion outside and Lor pulls back the curtain. Outside we see rob being held back by two cops, he's trying to get into the cubicle Will must be in "let me go I'm going to kill that little fucker, nobody hurts my sweet little Benny" he shouts.

Then a frantic looking Noel comes into the scene he rushes over and takes Robs hand calming him down. Rob starts to relax and Noel takes the opportunity to slip past the cops who are still dealing with Rob, to pull back the curtain and slap a very scared looking Will right across the face "your lucky it was only me that got to you, you slime ball. Don't ever come near Ben again or I'll let him have a pop" he threatens while pointing at Rob. We all cheer for the little spitfire as he got to do what each one of us wanted to do. He storms over to Rob and grabs his hand before coming over to us. I half expect the cops to haul him away but they turn a blind eye to it all. "Fuck, bunny, that was hot" Rob exclaims while adjusting himself.

They reach us and Ben hugs and thanks them both, we are told we can leave and soon enough we arrive at their home. When I say their home I mean it, after the time we stayed in the log cabin Rick refused to allow any of them to return to the old beat up building they lived in. The fight was three weeks long as none of them we willing to accept "charity" but Rick being the force that he is won in the end and the four of them moved in. Kate loved it of course, what ten year old wouldn't like going from an old smelly rundown apartment to a huge luxury mansion with all the movies, toys and accessories she could dream of. Rob and Noel took some time to a adjust but got there eventually.

Theo took the longest time though. He was so used to being independent and having nothing that he continued live like he still was and would say things like your place or your stuff to Rick, driving him mad. It didn't turn around until Rick threatened to break up with him because he felt like Theo didn't trust him enough to share his life with him. He felt that Theo should have seen past all the stuff Rick has and that if he loved him the material stuff would just be an extension of who Rick is. Theo didn't think of it that way and by the amount of time they spent in the bedroom after was enough to indicate that they were good again.

When we got there Daisy made dinner for us all, not until she fussed over Ben first, like the others had. We ate and watched a movie but I could tell Ben was getting fed up with everyone babying him. It's not that he didn't appreciate them but there are so many of them that it becomes overwhelming, I mean he couldn't even move without someone asking was he ok or did he need something. I formed a plan and as soon as everyone was in bed I was going to put it into action.
