I walk into the fortress joking around with my companions. It felt great to win once again. Come to think of it, it's time that I should train them to become stronger.
But that could wait until tomorrow.
I walked to the bathroom and removed my armor. The maid had already prepared a bath in the large porcelain tub.
I lay my Katana and long sword against the stone wall and step into the steamy tub. It felt nice to relax for once. To feel the hot water against my skin, the soap suds covering my entire body.
After about thirty minutes I step out of the tub and dry my body off with a white cloth and get dressed. I wore a maroon velvet corset over my short, tight fitted white night gown.
I carried the armor to my room all the way on the upper floor and to my surprise I find Ellie laying on my bed. I stood at the entrance of my room confused. The beautiful short haired girl laid in her nightwear too, waiting patiently for me.
"Well hello Ellie," I greeted her as she gave me a warm smile. I lay my armor in its usual position and make my way to the bed.
"Zara, I have something to discuss with you," she states nervously.
I was now curious as to what it could be.
She smiled faintly as I got under the covers which were the same color as our sleepwear.
"Well... This is," she trailed off.
"Oh my Goddess you aren't pregnant are you?" I exclaimed. Ellie hushed me and I covered my mouth. My eyes grew thinking about the thought of Ellie becoming a mother.
"No, I am not pregnant Zara," Ellie sighed and I relaxed.
"I thought you were pregnant," I remarked laying on my back.
"I am far from pregnant actually."
Ellie looked down, her face was red and she was completely mute. I sit up again and bring her into a hug and rub her back.
"Actually I would prefer to tell you another time," she changes her mind. I was now growing even more curious but I decided to leave the situation be.
"Alright my darling, we can save it for another time."
"Thank you Zara," she mumbled into my shoulder.
"Always."
I broke away from the hug.
She smiled shyly. "Alright, well I should get going. I need to rest," Ellie started.
"Yes, you have a big day ahead of you," I informed. "We start training an hour after breakfast at 08:30. Now goodnight Ellie and tell the others as well."
"Goodnight Zara and yes ma'am!" she smiled and closed the wooden doors. I lay in my bed and closed my eyes reflecting on the past few days.
I still vowed to myself that I would protect Ellie. I wouldn't let that vile creature get her. I couldn't wait to train them all.
Especially Asena. Watching her fail, stumble and fall was all amusing to me.
After a couple of minutes I drifted off to sleep without realizing it.

06:00In the morning, I awoke to the Town Clock going off loudly. Surely the maids were beginning to make breakfast.
I slid out of the bed and took off my sleepwear in exchange for my armor and my swords.
As I march down the endless flight of stairs the aroma of eggs, pastries and bread, grew stronger as I neared the royal dining room.
I peered out of the corner of the stairwell and to see that a lot of the warriors were sitting at the large glass table.
