Asena's P. O. V.

I was perplexed and honestly did not wanted to be bothered at the moment. I just wanted them to go away and to leave me be.

Why couldn't they comprehend that?

I heard the footsteps lagging behind me, pounding on the floor.

"Asena!"

"Asena!"

I was going to have an outburst and lash out at them, I just knew it. I needed to get away before I did something I would regret.

I felt someone grab my arm and I instantly snapped my head back while my reflexes took over. I tried to punch them but I was thrown down to the floor.

"Asena, calm down," Zara stated firmly. She held me down with her body weight and talked firmly to me.

"Calm down Asena. Now tell me what has happened."

I couldn't quite read Midori's expression all that well but I could tell it was as if she wanted to explain herself.

After a few moments I had finally calmed down and Zara released me. I took a seat on the nearby tree stump.

I cleared my throat before speaking. "Why was she here?" I queried trying to calm the raging jealousy that was beginning to start up again.

Midori gulped. "Allow me to explain myself," she started.

Midori's P. O. V.

Well now is my chance, I shouldn't mess it up.

"Let me just get straight to the point and clarify everything. Rose is my past lover."

"I also wanted to clarify what I said at the bar before. I remain faithful to you always. You are my soul mate, I would never hurt you," I say looking deep into her eyes.

Her face softened and her body had lost all tension. The tension in the air was gone as well but the only thing left was that Zara looked uncomfortable.

"I was drunk and what I said slipped out. It felt like I was with Rose because you two used similar strategies," I blushed.

Asena blushed looking a bit guilty and uncomfortable.

"Another thing I would like to mention is that she is fixated on trying to rekindle 'our relationship.' She is obsessed with me and always performs schemes like this to win my heart. She has been for the past year now."

"When she acted unfaithfully towards for the third time I decided to end it for good. She never really loved me and I know she did not and never would. Especially the way that you have shown your love for me."

I sighed still remaining eye contact with her. "I was exhausted of trying to remain with her and then I met you Asena. It hurts to even know that you thought I would ever be unfaithful to you!" I exclaimed.

"When you walked in she forced me onto the wall and held me there and tried to make it look wrongful. However, I never complied with her."

I just want this argument to be over. I was exhausted of all of this fighting and it was all because of Rose.

Asena's P. O. V.

I now felt horrible. I knew Midori would never lie to me. I believed every word she that escaped her lips.

I am such a fool! I let my anger get the best of me and I made preposterous assumptions.

"So what you mean to say is that you never acted unfaithfully towards me with her?"
