Chapter 2

Jack Frost's Pov

There was a problem and I flew to the north pole and as soon as everyone was there we went to a forest on the sleigh. Bunny went via his tunnels.

We got there and I realized that it was a trap. Out from a tree appeared Pitch. I though he was gone!

"Well isn't it the big Five. Long time no see?" He said.

"Pitch. I though you were gone for good." Bunny sneered.

"Aww come now. No one can truly get rid of me." Pitch said.

I frowned and Pitch raised his hands and these black sand monsters appeared and they surrounded all around us. We all looked around with shock and Pitch laughed.

"Do you like them? Took me ages to make them." Pitch said.

"What do you want Pitch?" I said.

Pitch grinned and he said "You'll have to find out. I'm not going to tell you. No. I'm going to have a little fun first."

He looked at his monsters and he said "Attack."

We weren't ready for a fight but we were going to fight.

All of a sudden a figure jumped from the trees and landed in front of us. It wore a white cloak and a hood over it's head.

It moved its hands and a wind spear formed around us and blew the monsters away. It lowered its hands and the wind went away.

"Crikey ." Bunny gasped.

The figure raised its hands and fanned out its fingers and set the monsters on fire and they all disintegrated and the figure then moved its arms to the left and the wind blew them away.

I looked at the figure with surprise and Pitch looked at the figure with shock and surprise.

"Who-...."

He didn't finish his sentence. The figure rose its hands and a patch of earth he was on rose and sent Pitch into the air. Then The figure moved its hands and sent Pitch flying very far away.

"Crikey, that was amazing, Mate." Bunny said.

The figure turned around and stared at us. I couldn't see it's eyes but I saw its soft lips.

"Who are you?" I asked it.

It stared at me for a minute and then it turned and jumped into the trees and was gone.

"Hey! Wait!" Tooth called after it.

I sighed and Sandy made a question mark over his head.

"Indeed. Who was that?" I said.

"Well whoever it is. It saved out skins." Bunny said.

North nodded and he said "We better head back to pole. Find out what Pitch is up to."

We all went into the sleigh and we took to the sky.

Scarlet's Pov

I woke up and I felt refreshed and I stood. I heard a snap and I turned and I saw one of those monsters. It was on the branch I was on. I gasped and I looked around.

I was surrounded. They were everywhere.

"Ah. So this is the one who interrupted me yesterday."

I looked up and on the branch above me was Pitch. His gold eyes looked into me and he grinned.

I took a step back and he landed down on the same branch I was on.

I lit my hands on fire and he grinned and said "I wouldn't do that. You'd regret it."

I frowned and I knew that he was right. I lowered my hands.

"Lower your hood." Pitch said.

I looked at him and I didn't move.

"Put your hood down or I'll let my monsters tear it from your head." Pitch said.

I could tell he was getting mad. Good. I was too. And when I'm mad. Bad things happen.

I raised my hands as if to pull down my hood but instead I spun in a circle and flew into the air. I saw the frustrated look on Pitch's face and the monsters grew wings and flew after me.

I gasped and I said "Wind! Take me somewhere safe! Fast!"

The wind picked up and I took off in a super fast speed. I closed my eyes and I felt my hood fall from my head and my hair whip widely behind me.

I was relieved to see that the monsters were no longer behind me and I was far from Pitch.

The air grew cold and I shivered. Where was the wind taking me?

I was brought to a stop and lowered to the ground. I gasped as I was in snow. I looked at the ground and I looked all around me.

Wait a minute.

Snow?

Ice?

I gasped and I now knew where the wind had taken me.

I was at the North Pole.

I laughed lightly and sarcastically and I said "Ha-Ha. Very funny wind. This is not what I had in mind!"

In response it blew on me and I shivered in the icy cold air.

I looked up and I saw a huge building. That must be where North makes the toys. I pulled up my hood and I started trudging my way to the building.

I made it there and I knocked on the door. I mean, what else was I supposed to do?

The door opened and I saw Jack standing there. A look of surprise was on his face.

I stood there while he gawked at me.

I shivered and he snapped out of it and said "Come on in."

I stepped past him and he closed the door. I closed my eyes and I felt my body heat up.

"Whoa." Jack said.

I opened my eyes and I saw the orange glow go from my body. I felt warmer and I looked at him.

"Oh right. Come, I'll show you to where the rest of the guardians are." He said.

I nodded and followed him through the halls.
