Scarlet's Pov

Pain in my side is all I felt when I woke up.

I let out a breath and I opened my eyes. I wasn't in that black metal hole. I found myself chained to stone table. (See Above) I pulled at my chains in hopes of breaking free. But I couldn't.

"You're going to have to try a little harder to get out of those."

I looked over and I saw Pitch walk into the room.

In his hand was a dagger made of black sand.  My eyes widened slightly as he walked up to the table.

"What do you want with me Pitch?" I said.

He smiled and said "I want you to join me. And together,  you and I will destroy the Guardians."

He paused and put the dagger's tip under my chin and made me tilt my head up.

"Or. You will not have to worry about not being seen anymore. Because you won't exist." He said.

I glared at him and I said "I don't care what you'll do to me. I'll never ever join you."

He looked at me with a frown and he moved the dagger to my arm and started to push. I cried out as the blade entered my flesh. He pulled it out and he snapped his fingers and the chains holding me went away and he swung his hand and I flew across the room.

I smashed into the wall and I fell into a black hole.  It was metal and I knew that I was back where I was when I first woke up. Chains appeared on my wrists and ankles. I looked up and I saw Pitch standing there.

"We'll see how long you last in the darkness." He said.

The door slammed shut and I heard him lock it.

I sighed and I closed my eyes and I felt a panic attack make its way through me. I really hated the dark and I even feared it.

I was sure that Pitch knew about my fear. But he had also asked me to join him. I would never join him. Never. I'd rather die.

I needed to find a way. A way out of here and a way back to Jack. Or at least let the other Guardians know where to find me. I didn't know how. But I have to try. Or Pitch will kill me.

I pulled on my chains and I felt them dig into my wrists. I gritted my teeth against the pain and kept pulling on them.

I have to get out.

I have to get away.

I have to.....I have to.

===========Three days later===========

The color of my skin has faded. I barely have enough strength to open my eyes. Cuts cover my writs and forearms from pulling on the chains.  Pitch has kept me here locked in this metal box for a very long time. The chains have weaken me and I cannot use my elements.

I have at least three moments where I am terrified out of my mind and the darkness is closing in on me. I feel so scared and I even hear voices and "Enjoy the Darkness" repeated over and over again. I scream for Jack. I scream for Pitch to get me out of here. Sometimes I just let out screams of terror.

After a few minutes of the attacks. I black out and I am out for hours. Sometimes I forced myself to black out so I could escape the panic and fear. To be honest. I don't know how much longer I can take it.

"Well, don't you just look horrible."

I looked around and found nothing. Then I looked up and I saw Pitch. His evil grin, smiling down at me. I glared at him and he snapped his fingers and he lifted me out of the hole. He dropped me onto the ground.

I tried to lift myself up with my arms but I just dropped back to the ground. I was rolled onto my back and I felt Pitch put his foot onto my throat. I gasped as he pushed his foot down, blocking my air flow. I clawed at his leg but I lost strength in my arms and they fell to my side.

"Amazing what darkness can do to you." He said.

He took his foot away and I gasped as air rushed into my lungs.  Pitch looked down at me and he smiled.

"You know. I think that the guardians have given up looking for you." He said.

I closed my eyes and I looked away from him as tears slipped down my face.

No. It can't be true. They wouldn't give up looking for me. Would they? Would they think I was dead and stop looking for me? I wouldn't blame them. I'm not a guardian.

But what about Jack? Would he stop looking for me?

Pitch chuckled and he said "Perhaps I should put you out of your misery."

I felt a tip of a dagger go to the side of my face and force me to turn my head back towards him. He smiled and he took the dagger away and stroked the blade with his finger.

"Soon. Very soon. I'll end your life." He chuckled and said "Soon."

He stood and turned his back to me. I reached up and I pulled my necklace off from my neck. It glowed a faint blue.

"Find him. Find Jack." I whispered.

It glowed and then it faded. I sighed and I watched as Pitch turned back around and put me back into the metal box. The chains reappeared and the door slammed shut and was locked.

I closed my eyes and I fell into darkness.
