Rise of The Guardians Fanfic

Chapter 14

I raised my hands and a sphere of fire and earth formed. I shot it at the monster and at the same time Jack threw frost at it. It exploded and was gone. I frowned.

"What was it doing here?" Jack said.

I thought of it and I gasped. It was headed for the North Pole. I looked to the sky and I saw many of them heading in the same direction.

"They're attacking the pole." I said.

Jack and I took to the sky and flew after them.

I was focused on them that I hadn't realize that the clouds had turned dark.

Jack had realized this and when I went into the clouds he yelled "Scar no!"

I hadn't heard him and lit my hands on fire. I spun around and I threw a fire ball at a monster. It hit him and slowed him down but he kept coming at me.

I brought out my wind sword and I slashed at the monster. He dodged and I kept going after him. Many more were coming and I couldn't fight them all.

I ducked out of the clouds and I saw Jack fighting a monster. It swung and hit Jack and he and his staff fell towards the ground.

"Jack!" I yelled.

I went to fly after him and I managed to catch him. I dropped to the ground and tumbled. I groaned and then a sudden hard impact on my ankle came. I cried out and tried to get up but a pair of iron hands grabbed me and pulled me and Jack to our feet.

I struggled and pulled but its grip never loosened.

"I thought you of all people would know what a trap looks like."

I looked up and I saw Pitch walk up to us.

He looked at Jack and then back at me.

"I was aiming for one but looks like I got two guardians." He chuckled.

I looked over at Jack and I found that he was unconscious. I looked and I saw his staff a few feet away. I moved my fingers and bushes grew and hid his staff. Pitch didn't see it and I smiled on the inside.

Pitch walked up to me and brought out an all to familiar dagger. He put it to the bottom of my chin and tilted my head up a little.

"We still have unfinished business to complete." He said.

I gritted my teeth and I spat in his face. He growled and swiped the dagger and made a slash on my cheek.

"I wouldn't try that again." He said.

I glared at him and he smiled and he said "I have some new toy to try on you, my little guardian."

"Go to hell." I said.

Pitch simply chuckled and swung his fist and hit my head. My vision blurred and then it went black.

Bunny's Pov

I stood there and I looked at all of my frosted eggs.

Wait. Frosted?

Dammit Jack! I hated it when he messed with my Easter egg hunts. I quickly raced past my eggs and I defrosted them. I had finished and I heard a cry of surprise and I grinned.

I hopped over to my trap and I grinned up at a annoyed Jack Frost.

"Having troubles there, frostbite?" I said.

He looked down at me and he said "Very funny Cottontail. Now let me down."

I smiled and I tapped the ground with my foot and I said "No."

Then I hopped into my tunnel and headed for the Pole.  

I got there and North was painting a toy soldier. His eyes were squinted and his tongue stuck out and when I entered the room he jumped in surprise and he dropped the toy. I flinched a little as it broke into many pieces.

He put his head in his hand and he said "What you want now?"

I sighed and I said "I don't know. I had a feeling I should head here."

I looked up at him and I said "I think Manny (man in the moon) led me here for a reason."

North nodded as he thought about it.

"I call other here. I think we need to have a meeting." North said.

I nodded and I went to the room where we had our meetings. We recently added a chair for Scarlet. After all, she was now a guardian. I sat next to her on her left. Jack was on her right. Then it went Sandy, Tooth, and North.

It was a few minutes before everyone was at the table.

Everyone but Jack and Scar.

"Where's Scar and Jack?" Tooth asked.

Sandy shrugged and North said "This don't feel good. I can feel it." He touched his belly "In my belly."

Oh no. When he says that, he is usually right.

Our attention was captured when one of North's elves came running in. And he didn't look all that happy.

"What? What is news?" North said.

The elf opened the door and in flew Baby Tooth.

Tooth gasped and Baby Tooth started squeaking faster than I could understand and follow. Tooth seemed to understand and when Baby Tooth was done. She looked shocked and scared.

"What did she say?" I asked her.

Tooth looked at all of us and she said "It was Pitch. He set a trap for Scar and he ended up catching her. And Jack was with her. Pitch has them both."

The room went silent and I swear that not a single one of us breathed a single breath.

I felt really bad now. I shouldn't have left Jack in that tree like that. I should have stayed and waited til he learned his lesson.

Now Pitch has him and Scarlet.

"We need to find them." North said.

I nodded and Baby Tooth squeaked some more.

"She says that she knows where they were captured." Tooth said.

We all rushed from the room and went to North's sleigh and took off into the air with a shot.

We were going to find them. And I only hoped we found them before it was too late.
