Rise of The Guardians Fanfic

Chapter 9

Jack's Pov

He took her. 

Pitch took Scarlet and I didn't try to save her.

And now I've lost her.

"Alright Mates, listen up." Bunny said.

We all looked at him and he said "We need to find Scar before Pitch does something terrible to her."

"How? We don't even know where his new lair is." Tooth said.

"Yeah, that was goal before Pitch took Scar." North said.

"I know. But we must try. We will search every nook and cranny until we find her." Bunny said.

"Besides. Scar is a smart girl. She'll find a way to let us know where she is." Tooth said.

I shook my head. "No, she won't. Pitch trapped her in a sphere of black sand."

North sighed and he said "Bunny is right though. We must try."

Sandy nodded and I frowned and said "What if he never left his old lair?"

"Good thinking Jack. Bunny. You and Tooth go look." North turned and looked at me.

"Jack. You and Sandy go search every dark place you know of. Everyone will meet back here tonight." He said.

Everyone nodded and we took off.

Sandy and I soared through the air and I said "Guess this is where we split. I'll see you back a the pole."

He nodded and I took off to the left. 

Pitch was going to pay.

Pitch's Pov

I entered my new lair and the sphere carrying Scarlet in, followed behind me.

"Oh joy. You're back."

I looked up at my newly recent prisoner. I smiled and he looked down at me with a glare that matched the one Scarlet gave me.

The boy saw the black sphere and he frowned.

"What's in there?" He said.

"Someone of great importance to you." I said.

I walked out of the room and into a new room. I walked up to an alcove and I bent down and I unlocked the lock on a metal door on the ground, and I lifted it up. I raised my hand and moved the sphere over the hole. I made the sphere disappear and I lowered Scarlet into it. I snapped my fingers and chains of black sand appeared on her wrists and ankles, 

Feeling satisfied, I lowered the metal lid and I locked it.  

It was all going to plan. Now, I can take care of the rest without her interfering.

When I took her teeth, which held her memories of her past life, I had found a way to see a part of her memory. I then went to her home town and I kidnapped the boy. I only have him for a plan of mine but there came a bonus. His fear and pain is entertaining.

But there was a problem still that I had to deal with.

Those blasted Guardians will come for her. And sooner or later they will find me. I will have to do something to delay or stop them.

I frowned at the thought. My thought was interrupted and my frown was replaced with a grin. In the other room I heard the boy let out a scream of pain.

When I was in hiding, I had created my first monster. I use him as the boy's torturer. I won't kill him or let him die. I only cause him enough pain so those other two things don't happen.  

I smiled and I turned and I walked into the other room. 

Scarlet's Pov

"Scar! Scar where are you?!" A voice called out to me.

I looked around.

Where am I? What happened?

"Scar! Scar where are you?!" A voice called again.

Wait a minute. I turned around. Looking for the owner of that voice. It sounded so.........familiar. I know it somehow.

"Scar! Scar!" A new voice called out.

I defiantly know that one. It was Jack's.

I didn't know if I had a voice so I tried.

"Jack. Jack!" I said.

No response. I tried again and again but I got the same silence.

I heard Pitch's chuckle and I couldn't stand anymore. I dropped to my knees and I cried into my hands. His chuckle and laugh echoed all around me.

"Help me Jack. Please." I whispered.

I opened my eyes and I woke to the same darkness. I knew I was awake. But if I was awake then why is it so dark? Where's Jack?

I blinked a few times and the past events came back to me.

We were fighting Pitch and his goons. I had used all of my elements again and then I fell through the air and hit the ground. 

Pitch.

He kicked me. I could still feel the pain where he had kicked me.

After he had hurt me......he raised me into the air. And he created a sphere of black sand around me. I remembered how scared I was. How scared I still am now.

I don't know how long but I have somehow always been afraid of the dark.

I raised my hands and I felt something keep my hands down. I put them down and I heard a jingle. I felt my writs and I found out I had chains on them. I also had some on my ankles as well. I don't know where I was but I did know that I was in something made of metal.

I heard light thumps that I had guessed was footsteps.  

I looked up and I heard a click and I was blinded with light. It wasn't much but it was more than  the pure darkness I had woken up to.

I blinked and I saw Pitch. He grinned and I frowned.

"I see you have awoken." He said.

"Pitch." I hissed.

"Ooh. Looks like someone's mad." He said.

I glared up at him and I said "Damn rights I am!"

I pulled on my chains and I said "Let me go you black hearted freak!" 

He smiled and before I could say anymore.

He slammed the lid shut and locked it.

Leaving me in darkness.
