I know what it's like too feel crippling sadness. I know what it's like too be so sad that you can't breathe that all the air in your lungs is being sucked out of you and your lying lifeless on the ground. I know that sadness can consume you and just take your whole body over and your left with nothing but a broken heart. I know what it feels like too be dead and I wouldn't wish that on anyone. I think that's why I'm so overly happy all the time. Because I don't want anyone to be left in the darkness long enough for it to start leaking Into them. So I constantly try to shine light even when I myself am left in the dark I'll use all my light for anyone who needs it.
