Chapter 40 - Logan

"Logan, I-I, I want another baby," she spit out, I could tell she was embarrassed.

"Okay," I was speechless.

"I'm sorry, I just miss our other baby, I carried it for almost four months and then she or he... you know." she trailed off.

"No, I'm not mad. Do you really want another one?" I asked.

I was nervous of her answer. Of course, I miss our other baby too, but we didn't even try to have a baby, nor were we really ready.

"Y-Yes. I think we can be good parents. Do you?" She asked nervously.

"I don't know. Are we ready?" All these nervous emotions were killing me.

"I'm ready if you are..." She looked at me dead in the eye.

"I guess I'm ready." I said with nothing else to say.

-next day; I don't write sex scenes-

I woke up with Amanda by my side. Well, the possibly pregnant Amanda.

We did it. Wow.

I would have never imagined us here at this point. It was kinda awkward actually, but I love her and I want her to be happy.

She fluttered her eyes open and I smiled at her. She looked confused but when she caught in she smiled.

"Okay, so I'm not a girl so how are we supposed to tell if your preggers?" I poked her stomach.

"I need a test, which you are not coming to buy one, I will call Alexa and explain to her this story." she eyebrowed me.

"Okay!" I put my hands up slightly.

She rose from the bed and went to the closet to get changed.

When she returned she was dressed and ready for the day.

"Okay, be back later!" she grabbed her keys and walked out.

I waited and ha no idea what to do. I was nervous yet excited.

Amanda's POV

I called Alexa before getting in my car.

"Hello?" Se answered.

"Hey it's Amanda, I was wondering if you'd like to go to the store today if I picked you up at your house. Long story I'll explain later."

"Sure!" She agreed.

"Okay, be there in five!"

"Okay bye!" She hung up.

I got in my car an drive off.

After the expected five minutes, I reached Alexa's house and she came outside, locking her door behind her.

She got in on the passenger side and asked about the story.

"Okay, so you know how my other baby died?" I sadly asked.

She nodded and wanted me to continue.

"Well, I wanted another one-"

"YOU'RE PREGNANT?" Alexa almost jumped out of her seat.

"Maybe...that's why I wanted you to come to the store, to buy a test."

"Okay, I'm here for you one hundred percent!" She got all excited.

I laughed a little as we pulled up to a store.

We got out and Alexa still was so excited. I couldn't help but chuckle at how happy she was. She's like a sister now, which was like Kelie but we are no longer friends I don't want to explain that though.

We finally got a test and I bought it, Alexa, of course, still not calm.

"We're back!" I yell through the house.

Logan ran out of the kitchen and got all weirdly excited as well as Alexa, who I don't think will ever stop pacing up and down anxious.

"Go take the test!" Alexa pushed me into the bathroom.

As I closed the door I heard them walk away and into the living room. They were talking but I couldn't make out what they were saying.

I took the test and was not so surprised at the results. I walked back into the living room where Alexa and Logan were.

"Well?" Logan asked.

"I'm-,"
